I realized that this works effectively as an abridged version of the OVA in the form of Tails being loud

nutha nutha nutha one • The Sonic OVA but only... (only when sonic moves his arms)
BandaiChannel decided that nobody gets to see the no gaps and no dialogue ones, so sadly you'll just have to live with Sonic moving his arms
