Best suit in game, Hes a nice guy, the reason i got it is because i went inside a locker and when i went out i was inside the walls of the blacksite so i fell to the void and he returned me to my friend without taking DMG because its coded so it only takes dmg for being too far behind the group if u bug out he won't. His suit is sick, i might be a wall dweller?

Fun fact: Sebastian has a voice line if you are still in his shop while your team is ahead and you get lopeed. Before mr. Lopee spawns, Sebastian will say "Aaaand thats all the time we have for today. Hope this doesnt kill you." Not only does Sebastian know about Lopee but i believe Lopee is the one who made Sebastian set up his pre-run shop and hes the one telling Sebastian to help you with documents. The wiki does say he is a 60 year old man who died in the 1960, now a ghost haunting the Hadal. He has taken quite an interest in the player who seems like they just cannot stay dead. Im guessing he maybe wants a way to also revive himself?

info on the lopee in the document/ sebastion death screen. He is 100% guaranteed to show up when you die to him, He is very rare to see outside his own death. also, yes thats his full model. I believe that if you get jump-scared by him, and die some time after he will also show up.

Idk if it's fixed or not, but after the vent towards dead audience room (or how it's called) the door to the right has no collision so you can go right thru and encounter Mr.Lopee

My thoughts are Mr lopee is a ghost who is trying to not make us die the same way he did, getting locked behind Another thought:he probably worked at urbanshade and got locked behind the doors with his teammates who left him behind,and a ghost that represents his ability now to help.us did that,so the ghost wasn't fast enough to catch him, that's why he died

Actually there is another way to get him in the dead seater room in the maintenance room if you go into the vent and turn right to the blocked off door and crouch you can walk through the door and fall into the void and get him.

(I think this was a glitch so it may have probably got patched.) In one of my *solo* runs, there was a room which had 3 Internal Defense Systems. They were hard to dodge because their lasers were leaving little to no openings because of them overlapping. I ended up getting banished by all of their turrets so I decided to give a Ferryman token to revive. But instead of me coming back to that room, I got attacked by Mr. Lopee immediately for a reason I couldn't determine and came back to Sebastian's desk (which means it instakilled me contradicting wiki's info about 1-99 damage). Probably a glitch because that was unfair.

The final way to find Mr.Lopper reminds me a scene in a game called no players on-line, when you fall to the void, but you dont get killed by him, just teleport, but the monster is the same

Fun fact:if Sebastian's room is underwater there's a chance if you climb him you will be glitch and enter the void that way you can enter Mr lopee and also you have a chance to travel the outside of the map but it base on your chances also you can't return unless you are playing with others and you will teleported to them.
