I'll say what I always say, hide name tags. Name tags eat FPS for some reason.

Reflection can be maxed out, its not true anymore that they affect fps at all, I have tested this extensively

GUYS! The whole hiding mechanics when putting hide all ALSO applies on putting quality and models on lowest, so if you are in a raid or strike keep those two on low!

I set everything to high and ultra where I can and use lossless scaling to get a very stable 120fps even in wvw. (1070 Ti and 5800x AMD)

Hey man correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't lowering Character Model Limit too low make it so you can't see some AOEs from bosses in raids and fracts? I've had multiple people mention this to me but I wasn't sure if that was really true or not.

Yea, it needs to be at least high, and the setting for disabling party/squad effects should be none as well (some aoes that show around your teammates won't show up)

yes in some cases it does probably should have mentioned that I did mention it about the hidden allies stuff

yes this does happen on certain mechanics, first thing that comes to my mind is soulless horror's wall mechanic in wing5, if you have below medium character limit you wont be able to see the wall sometimes

Do you really need that program 7:58? I mean nowadays both Nvidia and AMD have those features directly from their respective apps

does lossless scaling actually work ? my friend in wow tried it while raiding , and it was bugging the f out of his game after 15 min , everything was good before , his game started to look so weird , does it actually work in gw full time ? no weird bugs ?
