You don't actually need them(hashirama and Madara)if you have Naruto light and sasuke the last and Naruto the last complete kits

To increase it , the POWER are not anymore base on HP alone, it is base 1st of all on the level of the ExUltimate significantly then 2nd it is base on how you level up your limit breaks, new limit breaks now is upto level 15 but it takes more synthesis cards than the synthesizing you're ExUltimate because level 15 limit break cards now are also game breaking
