Back when the WWF/E title looked like a prize you actually wanted to win. I still don't think the belts from that era were as prestigious looking as the Big Gold Belt that Ric Flair brought into NWA/WCW, but they look amazing compared to the title belts now. WWE got their hands on it and basically made it a secondary, irrelevant belt after WCW booked world title matches into oblivion, and AEW's belt isn't much better than the ones WWE uses now that look like they were designed by Paris Hilton. At least it doesn't spin now, I guess.
