For those that are lucky to be in America, few things to consider for early retirement and setting up your life. You have to be disciplined, don’t buy things you can’t afford ( act your wage), your job/career is your wealth building tool, secure a great job, max out your 401k, invest in mutual funds or ETF, HSA, Roth, get a multi-family home and have tenants pay your rent/mortgage , buy another rental if you can and if you do open up LLC, and keep working towards wealth. Avoid consumer debt, and after 10 years of consistency, you become a millionaire easily and can retire early if you want too. Most Americans build wealth via real estate, mutual funds, retirement accounts, and their job/career.

i agree with everything else you saying BUT not the retiring at 30. Realistically its possible only if it’s inherited wealth. You start working at age 16 this could put ppl on unnecessary pressure
@wealthandwellnesswithGrace2 ай бұрын
I understand this might be unrealistic for some however, we have to plan our lives the way we want them to be. I mentioned wanting to retire at 45 yrs, however, one thing I forgot to mention was when I started planning for my retirement age. If you care to know, I was 35 yrs and I wanted to do my best in 10 years and retire at 45. That’s why I believe it’s possible at any age if you truly believe it and work towards it. I am not saying it must happen at 45, but working towards a certain timeline that’s realistic for you is instrumental to stay on target. There’s a saying that goes “shoot for the moon, if you miss, you will land on the stars.” Dream big and set realistic timelines, that’s how unachievable goals become achievable. Also another saying I like is “ if your dreams don’t scare you, you’re not dreaming.” Everything started as a dream and we wish you all the best of luck on your journey!

I share my stories to inspire someone who might be dealing with a similar situation that I might have dealt with in the past to encourage them that they too can overcome. Our community is suffering and not progressing because we’re not open to sharing and assisting each other grow. Did she just say living in Uganda is more expensive than living in the US? unbelievable!! You spend a million every day because your living the life of a MUSAMA. Big hotels, good restaurants, big cars (probably rentals), fancy trips and kudugaza meeza in bars. We the wanaichi can survive on 10k a day ( not even 10dollars) Ive seen celebrities in USA who spend 300k dollars a month living lavishly but is that how all normal people spend? mutulekemu namwe!

They just enjoy being on camera 🎥, but they are things they say and you’re what is she talking about. How can she say Uganda is more expensive than USA

@@wealthandwellnesswithGrace your entitled to your opinion nobody has refuted but that doesn't make it right. In the video you could have broken down what spending a million entails. But I need to remind you that you spend this because your on vacation not day to day life. even if you went on vacation to any other country you would still spend a bit more than usual.

Ok about the price point,, 1 dollar is 3700 Ugandan shillings .. that’s the answer . Easy .. so the house in Uganda for 3700 Ugandan shillings it will be 1 dollars in the US

@@SMART-rn9ey thanks for sharing your opinions however, I too shared mine according to my experience and expertise. You don’t have to agree with my opinions and dispute everything that I stated in the interview. Times change and things change from time to time however, If I mentioned something that wasn’t accurate, I am human and I spoke from my own experience that’s why I referred to examples. You can’t dispute someone’s experiences because you haven’t walked their walk or lived their experience. And you don’t have the knowledge of everything that happens everywhere in the U.S., so please, calm down and become open minded to hear other people’s opinions and perspectives. Or better yet, have your own interview and share your own opinions.
