Hey what's going on I have a Coinbase wallet and I transferred coins to it and they ask me to pay a fee so that I can use the wallet and the coins, that is, for the value of the coins to be reflected in the wallet!!!! Does that make sense???

Did you create the wallet yourself? Who is asking you to pay a fee and how are they contacting you? A coinbase wallet is self custody so no one should have control over it except for you. The only fees you pay are network or blockchain fees for sending crypto outside the wallet etc. Anything other than this is often a scam or someone pretending to be coinbase.
