This scene itself gives Jason more than enough reasons to hate them or at least walk out on them. I mean seriously...he can be jerk but he also risked his life to stop Deathstroke, was kidnapped, tortured and almost killed by him. Yet somehow it was so easy for rose to frame jason of messing with the rest of the titans heads. They blamed him for things he couldnt have possibly done because he didnt know their past entirely.

In Judas Contract, she doubted sensing any evil on Terra, because she thought it was Trigon trying to trick her. Same could be said here, since she doesn't have full control of her powers yet. Not to mention, despite being able to read Dick, Dick was somehow able to get away with lying to her despite her powers. So the same can be said about others like Jason Todd. Batman himself works on ways to block his mind and body from people who could read or manipulate both and has fought telepathic and magical characters in the past. So it's safe to say he taught Jason and Dick some techniques.

How this scene should have gone: Everyone finds stuff from their past that upsets them, Raven reacts the way she did and goes into Jason’s room. Raven says “why tf would you do that,”Jason’s all like tf and then she said “you were the one that said I need to get checked out by a priest.” “I don’t know what the fuck your talking about.” Rachel uses her powers and finds he’s been in his room all day, she goes out and finds that everyone has found something from their past and ask Jason if he did it. He’ll obviously say no then be the pouty child that he is (sometimes). Then he leaves Kory being the mom and the only one who actually did something to save Jason states the obvious and says how could he have known that. Dick comes in with his gun, Bruce is like who’s missing then Dick find Rose is gone and Jason is missing too. This scene would work better if he just left and didn’t give them a chance to apologize or something. But I feel like Jason’s arc in Season 3 is gonna need some work with Red Hood but we’ll see because we’ll likely only see Blackfire, the Fearsome 5 and Red Hood or course along with Scarecrow and probably some thugs and good people for Jason to beat up or something

In the comics? Jason has his own team in the comics. He has friends who care about him and love him. He has a good relationship with his brothers (especially with Tim Drake) and he is very close with Batgirl. Bruce sometimes gives him hugs! And Alfred loves him so much and wants him to come back home.
