it's so sad how ei never intended to "abandon" kunikuzushi (scara) and just wanted to let him roam freely, she didn't want to assert control over him (as said in her voiceline about him) but scara misunderstood and misinterpreted that she abandoned him and left him all by his own. he thinks he got betrayed by his only mother figure, the only person he had, his own creator...everything was just all due to lack of communication between the two and i would understand if scara saw nahida of more as a mother than ei ever was :( i love him sm
