I had those kind of waves myself as I literally have the same hair length. In my case, I just keep my hair in a bun overnight. It lasts all day. I don't use any products. I also do this a few hours after washing my hair when my hair is 80% dried. When the hair is a bit wet, the curls hold in better.

This help me a lot sense i live in korea, korea makeup products sometimes can be really light since i have tan skin i tried alot of products in lotte makeup section and sense sometimes they didn't have the right pigmented for my tan skin and than i have to pay alot for Online makeup and this help me alot thank you 💞
