this was so helpful!! thank you bailey :) over the summer i got over a very bad makeup phase, i was wearing a full face of the wrong color drying, matte foundation. i felt the need to because everyone would make fun of me for my acne and one of my guy friends (whom i have thankfully sort of dropped now) told me my acne looked horrible and it would just be better if i covered it. so every day for months i would put on slightly too dark foundation, too light concealer, wrongly placed blush, and clumpy mascara on. it was all so cakey and i hated it but my self esteem was at such an all time low i couldn’t help myself. eventually my guy best friend (not the same one) told me i was way prettier without makeup and after him telling me i didn’t need makeup everyday for a month and convincing all my friends to raise my self esteem i finally got over it. i’m still very insecure but i’m slowly regaining my self esteem. this was one of my biggest regrets having to do with makeup and please don’t wear too much makeup guys!! but this video was so helpful with my lack of makeup knowledge as well as when you talked about covering up blemishes!! love you so much bailey. 💕
