My favourite parmo is the bolognese one - with an extra portion of pepperoni on top (ask for the pepperoni!). Calling it a parmesan is a bit of a misnomer, as it doesn’t even have parmesan cheese in it! Good idea to try the small version if you have never tried it before - you might not like it! As to the lake in Albert Park - it used to be surrounded by trees - and it was a boating lake with rowing boats - seems to be swan-shaped pedaloes now!

Great vlog as always from you. Just a idea for you, At the end of the month it's the famous Nottingham goose fair which is one of largest in uk. This fair is famous for its mushy peas with mint sauce and vinegar. You will find hundreds of stalls here selling mushy peas however there is a food market at the fair site with large choice food. Here you will also find a number of mushy pea stalls selling properly oven cooked peas. You can get to the fairground very easy from Nottingham Station via the trams which stop at goose fair. So here's the history lesson, the original parmo was veal then pork,, it was served in the Europa restaurant which was not far from the bus station by an ex American military chef who settled in Middlesbrough, served traditionally with creamed cabbage, which like the pork parmesan is hard to find. Which i think it is far superior to chicken. In the mid 80,s parmos were only found in certain restaurants. As for you dissing Middlesbrough, Leeds has as many ropey areas, one last one i think if you chose Fellini's it is my favourite. One fun fact i believe they do 2k parmos over a long weekend.
