I really need this council! The Lord has begun to deal with me, (again) about the "Apostolic Anointing" and rebirthing the "Apostolic Council" that began some years ago here in Michigan! I believe that the Lord is strategically transitioning and positioning his people to carry out Kingdom agenda with great grace, power, and authority in preparation for the troubling times ahead. I'd appreciate any further council you can offer along with literature that I could share with the others. Please advise. Be blessed!

There are NO apostles today. One of the NT requirements for an Apostle was that he had 1) been with Jesus from the beginning and 2) see the risen Christ (Acts 1). NO man today can claim that. It is SAD that you are trying to seek a position that was never meant for you.

If this is the case, then Paul is not an Apostle because, he was not with Jesus from the begining and he didn't see the risen Christ except for the visions he had of him Act 9:4-6. Note that the same visions Paul had, those who call themselves Apostles today also have or have had them.

Where is your list stated in scripture? If you are a Born Again Christian you qualify. Ephesians 4:11 And he gave some, apostles, and some, prophets, and some, evangelists, and some, pastors, and some , teachers. You are precisely correct. There are NO apostles today. Murrell is exhibiting false teaching. He is simply attempting to gain authority in the church by unbiblical means. A careful study of the Word of God completey unravels his explanation. Don’t fall for this Every Nation doctrine of demons.
