SUCH a fun family vlog, definitely going to rewatch this loads of times. 😍 quick editing tip though: when color grading footage from different camera's (& drone), check to see if the colors end up the same or at least similar. in the paddle boarding part the water was blue, blueish green, really green and black. of course that's because it's filmed from different angles with different camera's but it can be fixed by color grading it. 😊 I must say, the lut or filter you guys usually use is 👌👌👌. although the one at 7.33 is pretty as well

Zoysia grass is amazing and works in all climates. Golf courses use it. The first house we bought had it and we LOVED it. Because of how it grows and root system it prevents weeds and other unwanted plants from taking root. It comes in plugs that you space out across your yard and as it grows it fills in the gaps between the plugs. The root system grows down deep in the soil this makes it drought resistant because it can tap into underground water supplies.
