Ayane Sakura (Airas VA) basically has two settings to her voice: 1) The cutesy, girly voice she does for characters like regular Aira, Iroha from Oregairu, Gasper from Highschool DxD, Abiko from Oshi no Ko, etc. 2) The "step on me dommy-mommy"-voice she does for "Silky Aira" and characters like Fiona Frost from Spy X Family, Tomoe from Tsukimichi, Epsilon from Overlord, etc. There is nothing inbetween, and I love it. :P

So the loch ness monster's face is actually Godzilla's design in the Heisei era and the laser beam sequence is a reference to the movie Shin Godzilla. Whoever came up with this really loves Godzilla and as a fan I couldn't be more happy.

Yup, she MUST swing “the bat” under it to undo the golden wrapper as “kintama” passed the “base” (pentagram that she drew in tatami below). That is why she fell back for swinging so low. Ofc it could be done boring way but this is Dandadan, we don’t do that here. Also nice fan service for GILF, tasteful fan service is always be appreciated.😂

That alien has to be a reference to shin godzilla 2016, the way its eyelid went over its eye before beaming is just like in that scene when shin Godzilla is about to use his perfected beam breath and building up to it it goes from the gas, to fire spreading across the city, and finally into the beam

I really don’t know why the anime made him say “yume nai ka?” Other than it kinda sounds like “you and I cry” lol. I mean he says the correct lyrics in the manga. Plus in the dub he says “you have a dream” and it sounds silly 😅

I know almost everyone's on the Aira redemption train but I still have a love-hate relationship with the girl. 😭 Moments like Episode 7 and her Acro-Silky form are her best. But Aira, are you really going to antagonize the girl who literally saved your life while simping over the boy who assisted her. The antagonism towards Momo can be really frustrating at times. Anyway, I always look forward to your reactions. Found you both through Dandadan and Dangers on My Heart. Always a good time here. 😤

Yeah, people are waaaaaay too comfortable spoiling shit by giving so called "hints" in general... and then they always get angry and try to claim it's NOT a spoiler because they're not mentioning specific events, because apparently they can't understand that most people can read between their clumsy lines. Like when Aira was first introduced, and people were spoiling shit everywhere by talking about how great she is after character development... completely spoiling not just her development, but the ending of her introduction arc and part of the direction of the story. Also for example: - "In the source material they actually revealed that [insert huge twist or info], I don't know why they cut it since it's so important!!!" ... like 4 out of 5 times I see someone say this, it's for something that was NOT cut, but simply moved to the next episode or some later scene because it fit the adaptation's pacing better or gives a more dramatic reveal. - "Pay attention to [thing, dialogue or character] because it's really important for later!" about foreshadowing that is not MEANT to be caught the first time. - "How could you miss this super important thing that happened?!" about things the poster only knows is important because they've watched the damn thing 5 times already.

@@Colp2 Yeah it happens constantly. In a lot of cases as you suggest it's from people who are simply too dense to realize that they aren't being anywhere near as vague as they think they are. "Oh, so you like that character? YOU BETTER NOT GET TOO ATTACHED TO HIM!! *WINK* *NUDGE*". Ok, so he dies later or something. Did you think you were being subtle there?

3:24 I hate that the subs put Auntie here when Aira said Onee-sama. Onee is what you call your elder sister or a girl/woman who's age would be similar to your older sister if they were ur sibling. Auntie is more of Oba-sama. Btw, how familiar r U guys with Japanese honorifics like -san, -kun, -chan, etc? The -sama is also one of the common ones used to signify respect.
