People don't appreciate the first shot of the video enough. It's gorgeous. The way the soft blue tint of the buildings contrast with the harsh and yet still soft wavy feeling of the pink behind them. I think Sylveon would be a perfect choice as a therapy animal. Pokedex entry says the feeling ribbons help soothe its prey in the wild calm down and I think in some games the dex entry mentions how sylveon sometimes holds the hand of their trainer when they form a close relationship. I have no idea about this animation but I can tell that a lot of effort was put into this
