The issue with CS-63 isn't actually one stat or the other. It's the combination of a bunch of average and sub-par stats across the board that makes the tank completely uncompetitive in almost any scenario and as a result extremely painful to play. On top of the pitiful APCR gold rounds... It has the exact same DPM and alpha as an E50M, with almost the same gun handling (worse dispersion but better OTM factors). It has 478m/s, yes FOUR HUNDRED AND SEVETY-EIGHT m/s less shell velocity on AP compared to E50M. On top of that, despite being way lighter and having gear oil, it has a pitiful 20 power to weight, SIX LESS than the E50M, thanks to horrible terrain resistances (which is a problem across the entire line). The gun gets tungsten and reticle but you can only mount one and fix one of the issues (DPM or accuracy) unless you're completely forgoing adrenaline which you NEED because you can't afford lower DPM. You now are also forced to run single multi-kit on a tank that eats module damage like no tomorrow. The tank gets gear oil and gunpowder but you can't run gunpowder because that means dropping big fuel which is unacceptable when the tank is already this slow even with gear oil. All of this is before we even talk about the armor which of course is nonexistent. The only advantages this tank has over other tanks is that it gets improved viewrange like Patton and Leopard 1, and the reverse speed. In every single scenario in any battle, you'll constantly wish you'd been playing any other medium. It's literally a tier 9 medium that is put at tier X, then put on superconsumables as life-support. It's utter trash. And this is from someone who has 356 games in the tank. How can you give what is essentially an armorless medium worse stats across the board in almost every single category than the most heavily armored medium in the game, I don't know.

fun fact: the cs in a 1v1 can beat almost any medium, even the leopard, if you are using tungsten and adrenaline. i dont have a problem with it, i think its not as bad as other people think. its getting buffed too, so hopefully itll be incredible next update. I am thinking that maybe WG is thinking about introducing some of the BS abilities like rocket boost or the turbo mode for this one. I just hope that they do not. The game is difficult and has a lot of frustrated poor players and it shouldnt get a S show with wheeled vehicles or those modes, IMO.
