I don’t miss Derek and in a way I was kind of glad he died. He was so rude and patronising and condescending, like you said. Im glad he came back for the covid wedding episode though. That was really sweet. I miss Sloan, I think he was a good man.

George hit me the absolute hardest because I was not ready for it at all and I had no idea. He was my favorite character at the time and I though he was leaving the show to join the army but then it was discovered he was John Doe and it broke me. The second hardest was probably Lexie, because I loved her so much and her and mark’s love story was left very unresolved and I craved more time with them to see what was gonna go down with them and was not satisfied when Lexie died literally like a week after confessing her feelings.

Mark and Lexie’s death were horrible to me. They were my absolute favourites! It was super upsetting for me. And I didn’t like Derek, but he deserved a better ending. His death was so preventable. He was practically killed, just like his father. And when they moved Christina away I gave up. I hate when shows reel you in with a good plot and then leave you stranded in a totally new one a few seasons later.

deluca's death broke me. as someone with bipolar disorder, his character progression made me feel like i wasn't crazy, like it was possible for other people to feel this way too. he died because people didn't believe him. he died because people believed his disease over him. he died even though he finally started to get help. he died even though he was getting better. he died even though he didn't want to die.

Every death hit me so hard I balled but George’s was on another level. The second I saw hik wrote 007 in merideths hand I froze and my eyes were instantly fogged up by tears. It shock me to the core, especially because of how unexpected it was. For me anyways, I didn’t see it coming at all. I was waiting to see if we’d see George I’m the army or if he’d take a leave from the show while he’s there… but to kill hik right then and there?! Goddamn I died.
