@@conniechandler9976 Great job securing funding and having good credit already! Building business credit with tradelines typically takes a few months. Since you’ve registered with Dun & Bradstreet, focus on adding vendor tradelines like Uline and Quill. Maintaining positive payment history with these vendors will boost your credit score over time. @@taftkid7365 A high business credit score typically results from having strong trade lines, timely payments, and a solid credit history. To build and maintain a high score, focus on paying bills on time, keeping debt levels low, and establishing positive trade lines with vendors and credit accounts. I hope this clarifies things for you. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!🙂

I recently got approved for three tradelines. One charged me $95 to activate the account before i could start spending. Another charged $69. After i saw that i didn't bother to open the email to the other approval. It caught me off guard. No one had ever said they charge to activate the account before you can start spending. And yesterday i heard you have to make two to three purchases before they start reporting. So be ready to come out of those pockets so you don't get caught off guard like me
@NoelleRandall1
@NoelleRandall1 3 ай бұрын
Hey, congrats on getting approved for those tradelines! Those activation fees can be a bit of a surprise. A lot of people don’t realize that some companies charge you upfront before you can even start using the account. And yeah, you might have to make a few purchases before they start reporting to the credit bureaus. Thanks for pointing that out! This is a great heads-up for anyone else looking into new credit opportunities. I recommend always reading the fine print and being prepared for those extra costs.

@@NoelleRandall1 hi Noelle. I've watched many videos about Net accounts and not one of them mentions this, not even yours. I don't know why y'all would keep that important detail from us. @@BlackOliveBranch Thanks for bringing this up! Net accounts like Net 30, 60, and 90 are super important for building business credit because they help you establish a solid payment history with vendors. It’s all about using them wisely-paying on time is key to boosting your credit profile. These days, a lot of businesses use Net accounts to quickly improve their credit standing. Just make sure to keep track of your payments and confirm they’re being reported to the credit bureaus. That way, you get the full benefit. And don’t forget to regularly check your credit reports to keep everything in good shape!
@NoelleRandall1
@NoelleRandall1 2 ай бұрын
@@sarahisreal-rw8fb It’s so frustrating when you put in the effort and don’t see the results you’re hoping for. If Uline or any other vendors aren’t reporting your payments, it’s worth reaching out to their customer service to get it sorted out. You want to make sure your payments are actually building your credit. Also, try mixing things up a bit-add a few more trade lines or credit cards from different vendors. This way, you’re not putting all your eggs in one basket and can build a stronger credit profile. Don’t be afraid to explore other vendors who might have better reporting practices. 🙂

Hey, I get how frustrating it is to see your limit slashed like that. Here’s a few things you might try: Keep an eye on your credit utilization and maybe pay down your balance more frequently. Make sure you’re reporting all your business credit and paying bills on time-check your credit reports too, just to be safe. It might help to open up a few more credit accounts to build a stronger profile. Keep your finances in good shape and track your revenue closely. And definitely reach out to your lender to see if there’s a way to get your limit back or even increase it. You’ve got this-just keep pushing forward!

@NoelleRandall1
@NoelleRandall1 2 ай бұрын
Great question! So, when you're applying for business credit, they don't typically check your tax filings directly unless you're going for something big, like an SBA loan or other types of credit that require more documentation. Now, some lenders might ask for your tax returns as proof of income, especially if you're a newer business or trying to get a larger amount of credit. Keep your taxes and financials up to date-it shows you're serious and on top of things. Even if they don’t check right away, having everything ready can help speed things up when it comes to approvals.

@NoelleRandall1
@NoelleRandall1 3 ай бұрын
Great questions! For a new LLC, building business credit and setting up merchant processing accounts can be a gradual process. Start with vendor accounts and basic processing to lay the foundation. An EIN is essential for taxes and banking, but a Dun & Bradstreet number (D-U-N-S) is key for establishing business credit, especially for larger funding. A DBA isn't required but can help with branding and streamline banking processes. Hope this helps! Feel free to ask more questions.

Absolutely, Even with a long-term student loan, building a real estate business can be a great strategy to increase your income and accelerate your debt repayment. I suggest starting with flipping houses and managing rentals to boost your earnings. With time and smart investments, you'll improve your financial situation and pay off your student loans sooner. Goodluck on your journey!

I got denied due to bankruptcy on my personal- bankruptcy was in 2019, will that stop me from all creditors?

I totally get where you're coming from. Bankruptcy can impact your credit, but it’s definitely not the end of the road. Since your bankruptcy was in 2019, many lenders will look at how you've managed things since then. If you’ve been working hard to rebuild and showing positive progress, that can really make a difference. Some creditors are more open when they see you’re making strides. For more personalized help, I highly recommend my friend Justin Mirche. He’s great at credit restoration and can offer you a free call.
