there is only one God and that means that there is only one imagination, i tell people " you shouldnt even believe that i have an imagination, there is only your imagination, you can only see that you are seeing, you cant see that i am seeing out of my eyes, you might think i am aware but you can only be aware of your own awareness, you can only sense your own senses, i can say to you that i am seeing something but you cant see that i am seeing something, you could take a posisition to look out of my eyes but then it would just be you seeing, you can not see that i am seeing" there is only one god and that god is my wonderful human imagination, i cant see the one imagining but i can see what is being imagined!

I remember seeing they acknowledge it, but in spiritual practices, they don't pay attention to it bc if you're purely seeking enlightenment, it's a distraction. That being said, the Law is elaborated well enough by Neville that it can increase your awareness substantially, even if you're not deliberately manifesting.

Nisargadatta mentions it several times. He states that all he has to do is think of something and it happens. However, sages like Nisargadatta and Ramana Maharshi are about identifying with pure consciousness, not consciousness experiencing itself in the world. Therefore, they are unconcerned with manifesting. They encourage you to go further, to the state where manifesting is unnecessary.

If we treat everyone based on their self concept as you say but everyone is me that doesn’t make sense. If I’m playing all the characters wouldn’t they all have my self concept? Wouldn’t I then be alone in the universe? You’re just a role I’m playing…?

To expand on this I have felt extremely alone when I learned it’s just me but then something inside my mind showed me I’m never alone. It was God but I am God as well. I cant quite grasp the concept that it’s all me but also God but I and he or she are one.

So if you are "me" pushed out of myself then I am also you pushed out of yourself. All these talks about "me", "myself", and "I", unconsciously create the impression that we are talking about the individual I (the mind), not the universal I AM. It always feels like your mind is the creator and all other minds are non-existent and are a pure projection of your imagination. These Eastern conceptualizations (from the Classic Advaita Vedanta, Neoadvaita, etc) are more confusing and dangerous to our egoistic, self-centered "Western" mind than useful and enlightening. Because no matter what, our mind will always associate the word "self" with the individual mind, no matter the lengthy explanations about the conceptual differences between the Self (Paramatma) and the self (atma). Why is it so problematic for people to use words like "Universal Mind" or "Universal Consciousness" which are far more "neutral" and non-ego-centered (ego-feeding) instead of "You", or "Yourself". Why do so many people insist so passionately on following the Eastern terminology? In fact "You" is very much a dualistic term (because it suggests "others") which makes it even more inappropriate when we are using it in the context of the "non-dual" Universal Consciousness. Because of this confusion, the Western mind would never accept there is a basic difference between solipsism and non-dual Eastern teachings.

Trying to understand these scenarios: By participating in competitions, I found that I normally won when I have great self concepts (not aiming towards particular competition), but often don't win anything if I live in the end of winning certain particular competition, e.g. someone congratulates me. The how is God's mysterious way, but emboding that you have already "made it" will keep you from rejecting the present moment and actually declaring the opposite of what you desire.

I have a question about self-concept and I really am feeling hopeless about this specific area. Can changing my self-concept improve a skill i wish to become great at. For example writing stories or just becoming a good writer? Will my skill improve greatly and become natural if I just change my self-concept about my current concept on my abilities now? Also, would you call these limiting beliefs what other people tell you is true in our world? : You must work hard to make Money or I am told I must read and write a lot to improve my writing? Yes if you change your self concept then you change your life, for example if a person lives a poor life financially then they will have a self concept of being poor when it comes to money, so yes all you need to do is imagine a person telling wow you are great at whatever that skill is and your self concept will change, just imagine something that you feel would already imply you Are already great at the skill, that can be someone telling you how amazing you are at it! That is basically how it is

Everything that exists is different expressions of the same mind of God. What you perceive in the 3D/the world of Caesar is a prior manifestation which is possibly why Neville suggested to leave it alone. That's not to say you can't revise, but that opens up another discussion. Everything exists in consciousness. You are the light illuminating a shadow world. The light creates the shadow; the shadow cannot create light. Everything reflects backs your awareness of it. This how I understand it to be 🐝

Hey. I have manifested things in my life and I don't want to come across as a troll or a smartass criticizing neville work... But I've been thinking about this honestly. This is very dangerous because it's making me feel like I'm manifesting things like animal abuse and my own shitty situation is my own fault and not the society's fault.. Individuals responsibility as a concept is very right wing and these are real consequences of these beliefs.

I've been wondering about this too. This is the only thing I can't figure out. I've manifested many positive things myself too. But when it comes to tragic cases regarding humans...such as young kids being abused to death, can we really say they manifested "their current reality"? They "pushed themselves out"? I can't seem to find a closure for this.

It’s the nature of duality. You wouldn’t be able to label something as ‘good’ if there was no concept of ‘ evil’. Truly , it’s just labels and everything is just what it is. Things are out of your control other that how you imagine and respond to things that are happening in your 3D.
