I think that's from the finals at the Menuhin Competition which he won. So it's unlikely he beat himself up too much for the mistake but this clip certainly comes back to haunt him every now and then on the internet.

I think the reason everyone is asking what the name of this piece is is because by playing an incorrect note, ray wasn’t playing mendoscen concerto anymore.

And on that day all of Chen’s belongings were thrown out of his home, he was disowned by his father, and sent into exile when his father learned of his A- rating at the performance. Chen has never been seen again however legend has it he can be heard in the streets of Paris playing with accordion players and turning tricks to make ends meet.
