The "Cookie Dough Puff Pastries" is my favorite in this video. I want to try to emulate this one because it uses the yeast based puff pastry dough, which is available at the local store. (They don't stock the yeast free version, which you use often.) I've never piped anything before. I will likely cheat by buying a roll of cookie dough from the store. Making ropes of it to lay out instead of piping hand made dough. I'm sure I'll have plenty of cookie dough left over for regular cookies.

You make wonderful pastries. There is a problem with the Cherry Cream Cheese Danish clip that bothers me, the adding sugar to the cherries part. At 2:37 the on screen text says "sugar - 1/2 tbsp". I know how much that is. The amount of sugar I'm seeing added is way more than what is stated. That's more than 1/2 tbsp. Looks like 1/4 cup of sugar. What is the correct amount you used? Thank you.
