Tip!!! If you like your Arroz con leche a little more thick add 2 less cups of milk or allow to cool down completely

Ingredients:
2 cups white rice
6 cups water
5 cups milk
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 can media crema
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tbsp Mexican vanilla blend

Personally I don't think either is better than the other and both have their place in cooking. I like the Mexican version but sometimes it's just way to sweet. Japanese Banana Rice Pudding and Biko are also delicious

Add 1 cup of raisins when you put in the milk and you can also add 2 tablespoons of butter for flavor. Yum, great recipe for fall and winter.
