Cooking recipe and ingredients:
200 ml warm milk.
200 ml warm water.
2 tablespoons sugar.
8 g dry yeast.
Mix well.
Cover with a towel and leave for 5-7 minutes for the yeast to activate.
Mix again.
1 egg.
100 ml vegetable oil.
Mix all ingredients.
Sift 500 g flour (all-purpose).
1 teaspoon salt.
Mix with a spatula.
The dough turned out to be liquid.
Sift another 200 g flour (all-purpose).
Mix by hand.
Dust the table with flour.
Knead the dough until it is medium soft and does not stick to your hands.
Form a ball.
Place in a greased bowl.
Cover with cling film.
Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 45 minutes.
The dough has risen well. Airy like a cloud.
Release the fermented air from the dough.
Knead the dough.
Form a ball.
Divide into 2 parts.
Form each piece into a ball.
Cover with a towel and leave on the kitchen counter for 20 minutes.
20 minutes later.
Work with flour.
Roll out the dough to the size shown in the video, about 35*40 cm.
Grease the surface with soft butter.
Fold the edges.
Grease with butter.
Fold the edges toward the center.
Cover with a kitchen towel to prevent the dough from blowing air.
Dust the table with flour.
Roll out the second piece of dough to the same size.
Grease with butter.
Place the prepared dough toward the center.
Make 6 cuts in the dough toward the center.
Fold as shown in the video.
This method allows you to get multiple layers.
Place on a baking sheet.
Cover with cling film.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
30 minutes later.
Roll out the dough to a size of 50*50 cm.
Cut into rectangles.
I add boiled condensed milk filling.
Gather them into a ball.
Secure the edges.
You can also add any toppings you like.
For example: cottage cheese, any jam, grated cheese.
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of milk to the yolk.
Mix well.
Brush the surface with the egg mixture.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.
