I think it’s considered useless if the opponent actually knows how to counter it

The only real counter is to kill at least one character first, but sometimes you have to rush when the enemy still has 3 characters

I think its main thing is to prevent people from choosing to rush. When he zenkais they need to change it so it activates no matter how many dead opponent there are also Tien needs ally sub count down when he gets rushed.

Two factors here: obviously playing on PC and Ultra UI 10 stars. It's not even a contest: there's a lot room for error. But when playing on PC there's no issue: the mobile part is so trash that even the game received a prize for the best mobile on PC😂
