You would lose your mind with some shelves just sitting on two mounting rods and can topple and everything falls on the floor best avoided or get it fixed and polished floors get scratched so easily.

Cash, like that you added captions to highlight the dimensions of the rooms & the rental price. A little thing but a big thing. You're always improving. The full floor apt has loads of potential; for sharing, for interior designing & experiencing The City.

Nope. Very very basic kitchen. No balcony or outside area, but a good view only. No laundry. Stairs; no elevator. Smaller closets. Wierd bath. Do like the neighborhood it seems convenient. Price too high.

The price is a joke. $81,000 a year.

I have to wonder how long people actually stay in these apartments or if they move out after a year or two. I'm beginning to fear that NYC is becoming a city for transients

NYC the last couple of years has become a real sh*t hole. Crime is off the charts, and what's worse is people commit crimes and there's no accountability. A person can be arrested and let go the same day without bail. There are people that are arrested three, four times in one day and released. And it's filthier than ever. All courtesy of DemonCraps.

One thing about the “views” from NYC windows…PEOPLE DON’T WASH THEIR WINDOWS!!! I’m a stickler for clean, clear windows!

I pay $1800/month for my 3 bed 2.5 bath condo with garage and backyard in Houston. I know it’s NYC but this is getting plain stupid. Almost 7k a month with no laundry, dishwasher, or doorman? I really don’t know how you still have a job bc EVERYONE in NY keeps moving to Texas! You may want to think about relocating sometime soon. NYC will probably never recover at least not in our lifetime. God speed Cash 🤘

Jeeze my 4 bedroom 2 bath with 8k square feet LA house is cheaper than 7k monthly rent... And the price already appreciated 200k... Inflation with Rent is insane! Paying your landlords to flip their apartments in 5-10 years
