I bake butter spritz cookies every year. The dough is squeezed through a cookie press which makes them so fast. I also use the recipe that comes with the cookie press. I use the Christmas tree shape disc ( comes with the cookie press) and use sprinkles or maybe some buttercream icing. They are tiny little cookies but so cute and festive.

Love this album! I too tried to order the paper and its out if stock! Goes to show you everyone loved it! My favorites are butter spritz cookies made with a cookie press in different shapes, and I put a red or green dried cherry on each one before baking. My mom always made them, plus about 20 others! I do love Russian teacakes too rolled in powdered sugar. Yum.

This is a beautiful paper collection...love the vintage images. Wonderful cover design, Ginny...good decision to add that layering. For whatever reason, my brain is accepting all the pink I'm seeing. Between this collection and Stamperia's use of pink for Christmas, I think I've reached my limit. My favorite holiday cookie is pfeffernusse

We were camping with our children & grandchildren last week & it looks like I somehow missed this video but…my favorite Christmas cookie is Russian tea cakes-a butter cookie with chopped almonds that is wrapped around a Hershey kiss before baking & then covered in confectioners sugar after baking! Yummmy, yum, yum!!!

Incredible Hunks, a recipe my mother and I founding the Atlanta Journal in the late Seventies. They have chocolate chips, oatmeal, raisins, and walnuts or pecans. Satisfies my desire for chocolate and nuts and hubby's desire for oatmeal raisin.

Lol, I'm old enough that when I was in school the cafeteria served gingerbread cake with a lemon sauce, yum! So, fast forward to being an adult, when I make gingerbread men, they get lemon icing, just like being a kid again. 😊

I make a variety of cookies which includes gingerbread men, soft sugar with buttercream frosting and sprinkles, pecan sandies and pressed spritz Christmas trees and camels.
