We purchased 55 manat ones because it included videography. and yes it's safe for a 5 year kid but I'm not sure about the 3 year one...you can directly confirm that on the counter! And there's nothing on the ride to fix your camera. You can carry a selfie stick.

Hi, thank you for reaching out. The weather in Azerbaijan around October is expected to be pleasant during the day, with temperatures ranging from 21°C to 24°C but it can get cooler in the evenings, around 16-18°C . It’s recommended to bring light clothing for the daytime but also pack some warm clothes like a jacket for the cooler nights. Also, if you have Shadag covered in your itinerary, do carry some warmer clothes like a jacket, as it was pretty chilly when we visited. And you can rent your car from "Emirates rent a car " from Nizami Street, Baku.
