Donna Bowen oh no no no no no. I am a teen and she’s waaay worse than me. I get in bed by 11, watch devices until 1-3, and get up at 10am. I feel guilty if I stay up till 4. As long as you get your hours, it’s alright I guess; but I’m pretty sure the body is meant to get up with the sun, not be halfway nocturnal. Lol this generation is hilarious though.

I wouldn't worry too much about it either. :) Most of my friends had that kind of sleep schedule, especially if they were doing AP classes or extracurriculars. Our brains aren't fully developed until we're 25, so it only seems natural that's when things seem to settle down. :)
