To help everyone seeing this with the crafting system, basically the makeshift shotgun, pistol, rifle and smg can all be crafted into primal or normal versions. you need the new kind of metal which you can obtain by smaking ACTIVE cars with your pickaxe to get mechanical/normal versions of the gun. for example the makeshift rifle, shotgun, and smg all turn into the normal ar, pump shotgun, or normal smg. If you want to upgrade to primal version, you need bones intead of metal. By the way the primal shotgun shoots in bursts like the mythic. It is like the drum shotgun and you can hold down trigger to spam. The primal smg shoots really fast and does same damage as normal smg i think. Primal ar is faster, but no first shot accuracy version of ar. NOTE: when you craft anything the rarity goes up by one. For the bows, a makeshift can turn into a primal or mechanical bow with bones or metal. by the way u get bones from killing chickens, wolves, or boars or harvestable random bones on the map. From mechanical bow, you can use different items(it says what you need in the crafting menu by the way which is in your inventory) to upgrade to a stink bomb blasting bow, a boom bow, a SHOCKWAVE bow, and others. Primal bow has other options you can upgrade to and I'm pretty sure onw of them shoots a fire arrow which sets builds on fire. The boom bow is the explosive bow incase you have confusion. The direct hit damage is double to the head and 68 to the body at purple mechanical. Primal shoots faster but with less damage. All this along with the special side affects of course. Hope this is helpful this is all I know.

Has anyone noticed that the makeshift SMG is literally the Tac SMG, but looks different in the inventory slots? It kind of makes sense that it's the makeshift weapon because in save the world (STW), it was/is known as the scavenger machine pistol, key word: scavenger, imo, same sort of thing as makeshift. The makeshift rifle is also the scavenger rifle in STW and the makeshift shotgun is the scavenger shotgun in STW too.

For farming Mechanical parts, I saw that car (lambo or normal cars) give up to 3 parts, pick up trucks give 4, RVs give one parts, and semi trucks give up 3 to 4 parts. ALSO you can farm a car until it blows up

They should add the ability to merge weapons of the same kind like 2 makeshift or 2 primal to tier up. Mythic armor would also be sick if it increased the cap to your shield and the NPC you have to kill would be located at slurpy swamp. Campfires could cook food which would give a bigger health buff located at the farms to give an incentive to not adapt a fishing playstyle. Getting 200 gold per win. The ability to buy mats from PC's in certain areas like wood from a forest NPC or stone from a boney burbs NPC.

Exactly. For me as soon as I played the game the season was 9/10 but after playing some more it has come down to 5.5/10. The primary reason is that the makeshift shotgun has only 2 shells in its clip and all new AR's are super inaccurate. Not only that pumps and other normal guns are hard to find and If you go up against someone who has a pump there's a good chance thar you are going to die. The primal shotgun is OK and I really think that a lot more work needs to be done so that the game is actually decent. They have to increase the spawn rates of normal guns.

I’ve just started playing again, in my minimal experience of the current state of the game, I feel like epic can’t come up with anything that original anymore. I have no problems with games taking ideas and making it slightly different but to do it so many times that it starts to feel like a totally different game? I did enjoy playing this new season because of the weapons and the reduction of un-original items was a nice change to the game. I feel like it might be heading slowly into the right direction. I also miss a battle pass that is completely full of original items. They keep adding so many skins that are not owned by epic and it is getting very boring. I know it is about money but epic is a multi billion dollar company, how much skins do you need to add that are sponsored? I’m sure they are not paying you 100s of millions for them. Maybe instead of the battle pass add it in the store. Any other opinions? I want to create an open discussion where people can share their thoughts without any toxicity. Have a great day! no bro marvel paid epic years ago to make a season of them, they definitely played millions if u ask why then remember when they sign that contract Fortnite was the top game ever created, so it's not unoriginal they are just getting their bag. they decided to make 1 season of it and another season for all the other sponsors. so the game is not that repetitive for too long, and they also made it so it fits the story.

This season was trying too hard to be different in my opinion , I don’t really like this one and It feels somewhat similar to the new chapters intro , being introduced rapidly into a new world in which there are too many new features to deal with , I think fortnite needs to remember that less is more , and leave the game as it was , last season had enough features for me in my opinion .I feel like it’s kinda time to move onto other games for a bit until next season where they hopefully change things up again (for the better )
