This is beautiful and I will tell you why I think so: Aside from the incredible performances given, this moment really shows the pleasure to perform and humble nature of these guys. Higgs seems surprised to hear his audience sing his lyrics back at him and he is so overwhelmed by his audience's admiration for the song that it brings him to tears. But his smile says it all too when he holds up the mic after hearing them. The gratification of having the audience feel as passionately about the music as you do after so much time put into a new album of music (and a much different approach to their sound). You catch a glimpse of Alex and Mike holding the same grin on their faces too when they hear the choir of fans singing "it's alright to feel like a fat child in a pushchair" with all their hearts. (One last thing about the sing-along relationship between a vocalist and their audience is that I've always disliked it when bands ask too much from their audience. In this moment nothing is asked of the audience, and I don't feel like Higgs ever would really. They just sing with him, with the same love that he has, naturally.) OK end of rant. Don't know if anybody will read all that, but I really wanted to express myself because I have a lot of feels about this video. I really wish I could have been there and I'm super glad this video was captured and posted. Thank you.

I totally understand what you mean. I actually teared up just watching this because of how passionate Jonathan is with his music. I really want to see them live, but they never come to Canada. Some day though.

I wonder if writing the "oh baby, its alright" lyrics was a meditative or self-comforting experience for Jon, and hearing the audience sing it back at him brought that full circle. This performance was clearly very meaningful to him, and it is incredibly touching to see. This is a great demonstration of the power of music, for everyone involved.

My highlight of Glastonbury without a doubt. The reaction seemed to go on as long as the song did. Started to well up at the end - the sheer emotion in the atmosphere was amazing.

Totally with you Luke. I'm by no means their biggest fan but I was there and welled up - my friend actually put her arm around me!! I think it's the lyrics about being on the right path that did it for me!! Still loving re-living it!

The atmosphere after this song was insane. True, went on for ages after the video finishes. So glad someone's uploaded it. Possibly me best moment of he festival. Idle wild was close though.
