Everything goes WRONG in Sharm El Sheikh 🇪🇬 mE 82

I try to ride my bike from Dahab to Sharm El Sheikh. I try to avoid passing through the police checkpoints, but I fail. I sleep in a wasteland full of trash before heading to the police checkpoint on the next day. The police does not allow me to ride, and I go to Sharm El Sheikh in a pickup.
In Sharm El Sheikh, I stay in a resort, before exploring Naama Bay during the day, when it is completely empty... such a weird place.

I think they are being over cautious with you on the Egyptian roads, I think the main reason is because they are concerned you have an accident and then it will be bad press for Egyptian authority if a European tourist is injured or even killed while in Egypt it looks bad. They don't want anything to happen to tourists that might frighten off other international tourists. good luck with the rest of you're travels.

Olivier.

You must respect the laws in every country you go to, just as any tourist does in your country or in any European or even non-European country. And you are here for tourism just enjoy your time because if anything bad happens to you Your country, Europe and America will call on the United Nations, the UN Security Council, the World Health Organization, UNESCO and all newspapers to sever relations with Egypt and impose economic and military sanctions and and and 😂😂 So just enjoy your time and respect the laws of the country you are visiting

There are many problems to solve the root of the consequences. So try to understand that it is a general problem across the country and not only in tourism and adventure side. @@KinoYves without any argue we have in Egypt alot of roles and just know the roles and the culture before vist and recpect coz everywhere in the world have a roles and it's not depends about ur options even if u don't agree coz if they say it's If the government says that it is dangerous, then it is dangerous without discussion, because you do not know more than them, and they certainly care about tourism, and the government is keen that nothing dangerous happens to a tourist. Sharm has many beautiful things that you can enjoy without making bad comments about the laws of a country for your safety. I love your videos, but there are also many countries There are strange laws, and it is not allowed to tamper with them. Believe me, the government knows better than you about safety. I've had too many bad experiences when in Egypt. All the time running away from person who want to scramming you... if you travel to felling the real life, this is definitely not the country. Otherwise if tou like travel to stay with a guide and looking everything from inside the van...

Only for my safety ? So a road with 2 times 2 lanes and no cars on it, is dangerous for a cyclist ??? This is not true, such a road is NOT dangerous for cyclists.

@@KinoYves how come NO cars there! Its A high way and so many people are driving fast and if something happens your country won't stand still!! You must respect that 🙄

@@korzho1884 I was on this road, and yes, there are almost no cars on this road. And what if I slip in the bathroom and injure myself ? Obviously, Egypt will be held responsible for it, so foreigners should not be allowed to enter bathrooms in Egypt... Whatever you do, there is always a risk, that's life. I am not a kid, I am able to assess the risk of what I am doing. As long as Egypt will treat foreigners like 5 years old kids, Egypt will have a terrible reputation amongst travelers.

@@korzho1884 I will tell you a story: Once, I told an Egyptian police officer that I traveled across Jordan with my bike. Then he asked me: "How did you do that? Did you put the bike in a pick-up?" I was really shocked by his question, and then I answered: "No, I just put the bicycle on the road, I pedal, and I rode across Jordan..." That's a kind of surreal conversation. Egypt is the only country in the world where police officers don't understand that a bicycle can go on the road... Very very weird.

@@korzho1884 and finally, there is no law that says that you cannot ride bicycles from city to city, in Egypt.
