It’s just that 80$ is mind blowing to me. Plus I don’t understand why employers can’t just pay their employees the right amount so that they don’t have to live off tips… Cause no offense but, as a tourist in the US, paying tips is annoying ash. It’s like when you go grocery shopping in the US and instead of paying the price you thought they would be, you’ll be paying much more due to taxes that weren’t included? Why? 😭
@danielleking26227 күн бұрын
just calculate about 20% from the bill total (most people don't realize you don't have to include the tax in that, so really it should be 20% of the Subtotal), but oh well..... @@Iamgoaty Costs aside, as meals go, this menu is not difficult. The breads are simple, the gnocchi doesn't appear to be handmade, and everything is some derivative of a butter, cream, and cheese bake. It's a smart menu for the restaurant, and a satisfying menu for the customer, but not difficult.

Wow, that‘s by far the most american „fine dining“ I‘ve ever seen. 450$ for Mac n Cheese and Smores, I‘m shocked 😳

The food costs a shit ton, but if you enjoy good food enough it’s worth saving up for.

Go to any good restaurant in Bali, for 150$ you will eat enough to feed 6-7 people, and the food is amazing… just my opinion though.

The best thing I've ever eaten in my life was from a little Hawaiian place for 6 dollars. I've had over priced food before too, and it's usually very good, but you can find a village uncle in China somewhere that will blow your mind for 85 cents.

This is actually pretty good pricing, king crab, cleanliness and presentation, a entire tomahawk and a entire lobster, although 300 would be better
