This is just a tip. Let's say if you are mining all the blocks from trial chambers, you can disable the trial spawners by covering trial spawners with any solid block 3x3 and 2 blocks high, if you do that after 30 minutes, you will hear trial spawner activate, but no mobs will spawn, with that, you could mine ev ery block from trial chambers in peace and then later you can make a small room for each trial spawner and use it to farm some of the new items.

I was humbled in the trial chambers yesterday. I went in thinking I was ready. I drank an ominous potion and the first thing I ran into was a baby zombie spawner. I ran through some type of maze to get away and ended up running into TWO baby zombie spawners. The game was over for me at that point. It was like 6 baby zombies in full armor wielding swords. Every time one would hit my shield down, the others would get their hit in omg.

WAY too expensive. It should be seven ingots, the rod and redstone. 27 ingots is insane to make the three raw blocks for a bulb.

​@@davefroman4700Really? Honestly one medium copper vein is enough to supply a copper bulb, and those big veins, like the iron ones, but near the surface, could probably cover your needs for a while. Or just strip a trial chamber.

Something I love about this update is just the trials themselves. They're so fun and engaging to play. My play style is that I'm a builder, and I don't get that much action. But going into a huge dungeon that rewards you every time you play is amazing. Honestly my favorite blocks are the vaults and trial spawners. It makes a pretty big opportunity for map developers to create customized dungeons. It actually is inspiring me to learn how to make naturally spawning dungeons myself.

My favorite item is definitely the crafter, being able to use red stone and craft things without doing it manually is legendary. And, everybody’s been waiting for something like this for decades. Secondly, it’s good for decoration. Using the side of the crafter like a cabinet, it’s good for kitchen designs. So, my fav item is the crafter. It’s got so many uses.

hey just wanna correct wattles at 21:07 and 21:38 He got the trims mixed up in terms of attainability. The Bolt armor trim is found in standard vaults(the common orange ones) and the Flow armor trim is found in ominous vaults(the rare blue and red ones). Hope this clears this up and no hard feeling wattles.😊 Edit: Wattles made another mistake at 36:00. You don't need infested stone you just need regular stone

I'm glad they changed the bad omen to be a bottle cause it's not fair if you're chilling at your base, they attack you so you defend yourself and suddenly a raid starts because you used self defense. And you got the milk cancel that can actually prevent it if you forget you have it, perfect change

Hey wattles, don’t know if you know this cause in the video you kept saying the stone cutter gets you better value. But you get the same value from the crafting table… even tho you’re using more blocks in the crafting recipe, you get the same amount of blocks back that were used for it. Ex. 3 blocks in a row to make 6 slabs, in the stone cutter it’s 1 block for 2 slabs, times that by 3 and you get 6…

Another ex. Stairs. It takes 6 blocks to craft 6 stairs. In the stone cutter it takes 1 block to make 1 stair. So it’s 1-1 no matter what you use

One thing I found is in the powder snow room if you get skeletons they all fall into the snow then become strays. But when they do they technically die and you can win the trial without killing any. But then you have to dodge them to get to the loot

I am so glad for the lead boat and also just the ability to put other mobs into the portals via rideable mobs. This is going to make my charged creeper situation a little easier. I've been trying for so long to get the piglin head and miserably failing because the charged creeper would path find its way around the portal. So now I can just lead him into the Minecart and Push him into The nether and then I can probably kill the minecart with a bow and then lead him into a group of piglins and then piglin heads real easy.

I can see using these new effects you can manually make a farm 4 cobwebs and also slimeballs. They reference themselves. So you can use the potions to make more potions. It's quite genius. Also I did notice that the panicking did change. I was messing with a hoglin it ran away briefly and then came back for me. Normally they stay Focused on me

I am looking forward to getting the auto crafters set up. But my first chamber I found was a mess. Much of it wasn’t connected. But had fun and discovered it’s so easy to cheese. Even them little devils. Just dig a 2 deep hole in any areas they could get to you and they will run into it. Easy pickings.

There is something that I've been wondering about the wind burst enchantment. How come when you hit the mob into the air when you launch why doesn't it work like the wind charge where you take no fall damage unless it's below where the wind charge activated? Surely you're just going to constantly bounce and bounce and never really stopped gaining fall damage

Soooo, little tip for yall. When in the trials, if you do end up dying, you better hope that no mob picked up your loot. If one does, say goodbye to your armor and weapon! They dont drop any weapon or armor, including ones they might have picked up from a dead player's loot. I lost a full netherite set to a bogged who took it down with him T~T

I'm on a new random bedrock world (random seed that was spawned for me by random) and I happened to come across something quite rare. I came across what looks like it might be a double village or a village the size of the one you saw in this video, with a pillager outpost right in the middle of it. Below the village is a mega sized dripstone cave that comes complete with an ancient city, a super sized abandoned mine, and a trials chamber. I have yet to locate the entrance to it however. Does these new trial chambers have an entrance only on the surface or can they be below the ground?

This is one of the best minecraft updates. There are so many features I love about this update I cant pick one. But I have to say the mace. Its literally the newest weapon since the crossbow. Also some other of my favorites, the trial chambers (obviously), the new trims, and the change to the bad omen effect. I don't think its better than the cave update but its wayyy better than the 1.20 update.

For the infested potion, "infested stone or stone bricks" are unobtainable in survival. It's just regular stone.

Place lava around the spawners and the mobs almost die on their own. Just push it off the spawner with a bow and arrow and you're done. Then just collect loot from the spawner.
