From someone that has been playing on Sanhok exclusively since its release, I can say with 100% certainty that the loot on Sanhok has been changed significantly since the latest patch. Maybe not so much the amount of loot as a whole but definitely the quantities of particular items. The "weighting" system of the rng loot spawns has been changed and not in a good way.
