Should my hypothesis follow the framework or should I start with a hypothesis and then use a framework (issue tree) to either prove or disprove my initial hypothesis? Because I read in a book to do the latter.

Hi there！What if i have a P&L case and the key objective is to increase profit and stabilize it. The only information i have is the profit statement in last 3 years. Can i say that my hypothesis is that the REVENUE caused the problem? And should i take a look at the cost of this company? Thanks!

Hi please i'll to know about the right way to answer a swot analysis question of the company after given some background on it. Does the interviewer want me to ask more questions in other to get the answers or am I meant to answer the question from the information provided on the company if it is sufficient. Thanks

Stefani Chuks I believe there is no harm in asking for additional data in order to address the case in the right way.
