Redzone and deadzone decks with dokindam are breaking the game rn. The strength of dokindam is that if your oponent has survived your early attacks, once you put your 6th fire command into the battle zone (it's quite easy actually because you put them for free via invasion) dokindam gets liberated, you get an extra body AND you get to seal (basically pretend they're not there) all of your opponents creatures. It goes around "this creature can't be destroyed." kind of effect even. All of this for free.

Non command decks get destroyed due to dokindam. However it's still hilarious when your opponent unseals it and then hit a removal trigger and lose the game because if it.

I think a LNW zenith deck (wedding + VAN Bethoven) and Sr Spellcyclica + miraculous truce + shuff, eureka/that water creature that prevents your opp from attacking if they put a creature into the bz, for the defense, hyperspatial spells for their general utility (darkness invaders could be considered too.) and the new anti discard titan giant against dedzone decks would do well in the current meta. Sadly, DM Plays has not introduced ninjas, and Puchohenza, Mia Moja has not been released yet, which means maybe this concept is not as good as I think.

I do share your feelings about DMP. Although it's easier for me to keep up, I don't find the pace of the game and the recent creatures as enjoyable as the classic cards we all know! Peak DM for me is Shobu era, and DMPP-01 through 12 was my best time in the game!

I wish they sold DuelMasters even if they are in Japanese around here. They do at my old card shop but havnt been able to drive that far in years.
