Nisha, you have just taught me a big life lesson! When I get upset about sagging or wrinkles or whatever, the man in my life says "You're beautiful and you'll always be beautiful". "Yeah, right", I'd say. But when I see you, a gorgeous woman, doing the same thing, I finally got it! If you keep love and kindness in your heart, you will be beautiful with wrinkles and sagging no matter how old you are. What a waste of our time and thoughts (and money) to dwell on these enevitable physical changes. Take care of your skin, pamper yourself, have fun with makeup, do the best you can and enjoy life! I feel as though I've been released from something, and, as James Brown would sing, "I feel good!" 🙂❤❤

Nisha, dear, I now do microcurrents every day with serums for lifting the skin of the face, I just put the device near the eyes and wait for the signal, without moving the eyelid. After that, I also switched to sculpting the oval of the face, lips, eyebrows, neck and décolleté. I can send you (I have already sent you) a very good massage for the lips against purse-string wrinkles, now I do it with a clean table spoon, we do everything by pointing it upward, I move along one line from 4 to 8 times. And it works. Plus microcurrents for 3 minutes a day and blue/oblique light. Of course, this won’t immediately correct my facial ptosis, but it works, I see changes. There is nothing better than massage and proper care. I do peelings as I see that the skin has already gained everything and it’s time to cleanse. Peeling with glycolic acid and lactic acid, after 5-10 minutes. cleansing with cream with enzymes, rinse everything off well and apply cream with peptides, on top for 3 minutes. microcurrents and blue light. This is my program and I am happy for my almost 66 years.❤❤❤❤хххххххх

Nisha, dear, I congratulate you, Paul and Max, and his girlfriend on the New Year, as well as on Max’s 24th birthday to your beloved son. This is a trembling feeling, because for us mothers, our adult children are still children always and out of habit we want to cuddle them, purr with happiness, but they are adults and want us not to consider them small, at least in my experience. I wish you happiness, health, love and continuation of your family line on these Holy and Blessed Days! As always, you are a beauty with a new hairstyle, the blush has rejuvenated you, and you can add a little dry blush on top so that your hair does not stick to your cheeks. It’s amazing that the children stayed with you for the New Year - it’s a family holiday. Our frosts gave way to warming, and how naturally it brought the wind and a snowstorm that flies in different directions. I'm very glad that you bought a new TV. I wish you well, the back is the basis of the skeleton and all muscles and organs. Your face looks great, but we all sag and there is no escape from it, we can torture ourselves with operations and still in the end we surrender to the mercy of old age, realizing that this is a natural process, and endless anesthesia destroys the heart and brain. But I think that the eyelids can be adjusted a little. You need this, you work in the beauty industry. Have a great week. I went to work in a terrible snowstorm. Your coffee was very creamy and aromatic, just like you Nisha dear.❤❤❤❤❤хххххххх

I've had BOTH lower and upper. There is a fat pad in the lower lid area . You are seeing it sag. It is removed and maybe a slight bit of skin is removed below the lash line. You won't see any scar, because the cut and stitches are right under the lashes, and it is a very fine cut. The upper lid lift is also a very basic procedure. Neither were ever painful for me..even right after. It leaves slight bruising, from the blood seepage. I goes away fast. VERY minimal swelling too. The more water you drink and the ice packs you'll get to put on right away will make a big difference. It is a VERY inexpensive thing to do, comparatively. The fat sack never grows back. I did mine about 24 years ago. My under eye looks just the same as it did after removal. I'd suggest doing both. It is ONE surgery, ONE operating room expense, and ONE time of being put under. Seems a better use of time and money to me. You will NOT regret it. I'd also look into a lower face lift that gets the jawline and neck looking good again. Not sure, but it may be worthwhile to do a full face lift. I look at the benefit to me for the cost. I want as much as I can get for the money, looking at what I might need within a year or two later. Plus I really HATE being put under! I did the lower face lift and neck thing. It was a VERY FAST recovery. With in a day I was up and about. Had NO pain, and very minimal bruising. I write minimal, but honestly, I didn't see any, which surprised me..that is why I wrote minimal. Maybe I didn't see it. Honestly, I REALLY think you will love the outcome, and I encourage you to look into it. Talk with a couple doctors, and see what it's all about. I do think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

So Nisha I am commenting from the USA the northern part which is Massachusetts, I had the under part of my eyes done back in 1992 such an easy, simple procedure. My doctor was very good at what he did. Actually, his representative was Linda Evans! He’s now residing in Florida, but the bags that I had never ever returned! My eyes look just as beautiful as they did the day he did them. He required his patients to stay overnight with nurses care during the night. I had to continue to do eye exercises for two weeks, and I had to see him once a week from April till the beginning of September, he was a great surgeon. I’m sure he’s still around. But I was very happy that I did it. Like I said very easy procedure he had put stitches on the bottom of my eyes, which I never felt he took them out never felt any pain . Also gave me painkillers for the pain when I returned home and I never had any pain whatsoever. I’m sure a little different now but was never sorry that I did it! And if you feel that you should do it, I say, go for it!❤

I think as you get older and you get the jowls you start to feel ugly and haggard. now I feel like I did in my 30s but certainly getting a lower blepharplasty is the way to go if you're not happy ,you won't regret it xx

Hi Nisha, most plastic surgeons no longer inject fillers under the eyes due to the potential complications. My husband had his upper eyelids done and I was shocked at how easy the surgery was for him. He is usually a complainer but he said there was no pain just a bit of itching around the stitches and very little bruising. I can now see his blue eyes again. I will be having the upper and lower lids done in about 6 months (after my cataract surgery). From Vancouver, Canada 🇨🇦.

Hello 🌺 Please take the thought away from your mind of having lower bleph. It's serious and likely cause the shape of your eyes to change dramatically. It's risky; it may take the sag away but you will lose your beautiful natural eyeshape. I had co2 laser under my eyes with spectacular results that lasted as the years went by, just like natural aging. It was done under twilight sleep, I felt nothing, it took about 45mins, had about a week off from work and I was extremely pleased with the tightening around my eyes. It took away all signs of sagginess (mine was much much more advanced than yours) and I looked refreshed and ten years younger with no radical surgery and no major financial cost and no worry. You are a very pretty girl and your eyes are so cute, they make your whole face shine, please don't risk your personal pretty and youthful look for the sake of a little sag. Love and a big hug to you 🌺🌷🌼✨🕊️

Hi Nisha. I had upper and lower blepharoplasty done about twenty years ago, when I was in my very early 40s. Because of hereditary traits, e.g., I have Eastern European and Scandinavian descent, my upper lids were very heavy, and my lower lids were very puffy. I have no regrets and it really changed my appearance in that area of my face for the better. It was a "once and done" procedure(s) and even twenty years later, my upper/lower lids look just as good as they did when I first got the procedure(s). With that said, cosmetic surgery is a very personal choice. I absolutely understand why people are against it, and I understand why people like to get tweaked, here and there. I am not keen on getting a ton of it though, like Dolly Parton. While I love her, and she is an icon in my country, IMHO, she and others like her, look embalmed, they have had way too much plastic surgery performed. Anyway, Happy New Year and best of luck with your decisions.

Good evening. Talking about the eyes, when I asked my plastic surgeon about it, you have t have an eye test to see how much of your vision is compromised from the hooded eye lid so insurance will help pay but he will not do one with out the other. He said it will be extremely noticeable to do upper lid and not address the bags underneath. Was going for it and insurance will not cover the under eye and was saving for it and then life got in the way. Still want it done but in the meantime do both. ❤ The surgeon I go to is so fabulous. I had a breast reduction done, beautiful job. No signs of scaring at all and a perfect c now from a double d that I could not get clothes especially bathing suits to fit. Too bad I didn’t do it sooner. I want the hooded eyes gone and the under eye gone too. Cannot wait. Good luck and do your homework, just don’t let anyone do your surgery.

My cousins husband had lower eye lids lifted, they were hanging out, much, much worse than yours, the bottom lid pulled away from the eye, causing dryness and ulcers, so he had the op, after the black eyes, redness, stitches removed, his eyes look like when he was young, the scars are in the crease, so you see nothing. My mum had the droppy top eyelids fixed.. again, much, much worse than yours, so heavy that she found it hard to open them, they took out just over 2 inches!!!! That is A Lot for eyes!!! Again, after stitches out, redness and black eyes settled, fine scars are in the eye creases, you could see a slight red line at first, with zero make-up on, but a year later, that had faded and you couldn't see anything. Mum said she wished she had it done years earlier!!

So sorry to hear about Paul's back. It's happened to me a few times, and it's painful! Hopefully it's not damaging. Your hair looks great. And I just saw on TV here in the states, they have this cream to put on bags or loose skin under the eye. The first one worked well tightening it up but you couldn't put makeup on afterwards as it became a paste like look. However a new improved one came out that allows you to wear makeup over it. It may be on KZbin as an ad too. Unfortunately we can't stop gravity but would be nice if we could make it less noticable. Hope you have a lovely dinner with Max and his girlfriend.

If it makes you feel any better you’re not on your own ! I caved in before Christmas & had my Botox, fillers and prophilo 😂😂 I feel so much better and look “refreshed “ I will never have plastic surgery I’d be too scared But a few tweakments done by a true expert is fine IMHO I’ve decided sagging sucks 💯😂😂

I’d be scared that eyelid surgery would wipe the character and features from my face. I think back to Kenny Rogers, who looked older but his handsome self before surgery, looked like someone completely different after.

Hi Nisha! Your story about your telly is so funny because we had my son home for Xmas & he & my daughter’s fiancé were both saying “ isn’t it about time you got a new telly! Well it is 11 years old but my husband & myself thought the picture was still good, but anyway it’s my husband’s birthday this Saturday so we’ve all clubbed together & bought a new one! Hopefully he’ll like it 😂😂 xx

Nisha, I love you and your eyes, I like all your wrinkles, if you call it a problem, then it’s not a problem. People correctly write that they can make your eyelids beautiful, but you will forever, understand, forever lose your individuality, thanks to which you are beautiful. I can give dozens of examples of people who removed fat everywhere, had dozens of surgeries everywhere and lost their attractiveness, their charisma and the energy that illuminated them disappeared. They used to glow, but now they walk around like old Izergil women with a ton of cosmetics, creams no longer help them after plastic surgery, in general, it seems to me that here we need to go more from spiritual beauty, which makes the elderly with shining eyes and an extraordinary warm charm. But the choice is up to you. We love you and understand that plastic surgery is forever, there is no cream anymore, there is something else, they lose the corneal layer, the very lipids that are the protective mantle of our skin. And many already regret it, but you can’t rewind this film back.❤❤❤❤хххххх a'dore You, sweet Nisha🌹

Fun video! Can't believe Max is turning 24. I remember him doing your makeup😂. My best friend is a Podiatrist and when she goes for continuing education, the classes sometimes cover everything body part. She learned that Biotin can cause some women to have heart attack SYMPTOMS, not a heart attack. Just passing along, I've taken Biotin before through the years but stop because it does nothing for me❤

Biotin's weird. If you have a thyroid condition you have to avoid taking it for a few days prior to any blood tests as it skews the results.

Great chat today ! Enjoyed that ..... I love my orchids, they're very difficult to kill and don't take much looking after. Went to the local on NYE came back and had a Chinese takeaway, danced by myself too 😂 Roll on spring now ! Try and pluck up the courage for lower & upper eye surgery. Did it 10 yrs ago and never regretted at all. Worth a bit a down time. I hope Paul is feeling better soon. X

You have to be careful with the lower lid surgery, if they don't do it absolutely correctly, it can end-up healing too tight and pull the lower eyelids down permanently and give this weird pulled-down strange look. Sagging skin is caused by a breakdown of collagen and elastin in the skin. We produce less collagen as we age. One way to deal with this is to replenish the collagen by taking a collagen supplement, usually in the form of collagen powder or capsules. There are three main types of collagen, type 1 and 3 is the one you need for skin, type 2 is found mainly in cartilage and helps with joints etc. You can get marine collagen or bovine (cow) collagen, it has to come from an animal source so don't bother with anything which says vegan or vegetarian. Hydrolyzed collagen means it's been broken down into extremely small particles, which is good, it means your body can absorb it better. Always take collagen on an empty stomach to increase absorption and as it is a protein, do not take it with other proteins at the same time (like with your dinner or other meals) as they can compete for absorption. You also need a couple of things to help make new collagen in the body, you can provide the building blocks for it by taking collagen supplements, but you also need co-factors. The main ones I know of are Vitamin C, Zinc and Manganese (not magnesium). I buy all my vitamins and collagen from an online place called iherb, they are based in the states but ship all over the world (I live in Australia), they are cheap and deliver to your door and I can always find what I need supplement-wise, they have more or less everything, including collagen. The reason your skin is not moving back and acting springy is due to lack of collagen and also oxidative damage, so antioxidants will also help counter that. Main ones are C, E and A, Zinc, selenium and COQ10 is a good one too. You can find an antioxidant preparation or just source them all separately and take them that way. They prevent the cells from getting damaged over time. Lastly, a good retinol eye cream can help rebuild collagen under the eye and increase cell turnover when it's slowing down due to aging and getting sluggish. I use the Olay night one, I think it's fantastic, but I'm sure there are loads. Basically, if you just do surgery you are going to have worse and worse skin, the best thing to do is give your skin what it needs to keep making collagen and reduce oxidative stress and damage, and then on top of that do surgery and other things of that nature if needed, but take care of the underlying cause too.

Oh also, when the skin barrier is compromised it can cause crepeiness, I use Cerave lotion on my hands to repair them from over washing them and they were so crepey they looked like 70 year-old hands, I'm not 70. I have been fixing that using Cerave lotion and it has repaired the skin barrier heaps and they look a lot better now, the skin looks years younger, cerave also make cleansers and lotions etc, all of them contain ceramides, which is what you need to repair the skin barrier. So really any product which contains ceramides will work, but I use Cerave.

I take all the supplements you mentioned apart from collagen, but I have been researching this lately and I just ordered some good marine collagen, I also use retinol eye cream. I think I might be actually dehydrated because this loose skin came suddenly from nowhere and as it is winter here our central heating makes the air quite dry so I will try to drink more water as well and see if that helps xx

Are you growing out your lowlights? I’m doing the same as I want to be blonder and it helps with the regrowth. My hairdresser doesn’t want to bleach the lowlights as she thinks they will go brassy so I guess I just have to wait it out!
