Man that shop is amazing, your work is incredible and it that is one smiley, wonderful baby! You have inspired me over the months and since finding your channel in the summer of 2020 I am now on my 5th or sixth project with wood because I’ve seen what is possible when you design wood to let the wood speak! And my wife just “commissioned” a new dining table so it’s been a great journey I guess! Keep on inspiring and following that passion!

Jonathan, thank you for your kind words and support. For you to be inspired by my videos is such a great compliment and that makes me very happy to hear. The world needs more woodworkers so keep it up. Let me know how the dining table turns out.

Another great video and story. The table was stunning - is that Ash or Oak? Also your child is beautiful - couldn't help but smile!

Thanks Randy, haha yeah she makes me laugh everyday. The table with the brass bowties was an oak & ash combo, then there was two more ash tables and one mahogany.

The figured slab behind you at the 2:50 mk looks like Marylin Monroe or the Coca Cola girl from the 50's
@backstromwoodwork5663 жыл бұрын
Haha it does! A real beauty then. It’s still around, but someone actually booked that slab and the one next to it just the other day for a river table. So it’s destined for another appearance on the channel I guess.

you should have used your big boards to cover all those walls not those tiny groove and tenon boards. would have saved you many hours!😅 nice videos, i am starting to think about chainsawmilling...
