The Stardust ability is pretty nice, and removing the code mechanic for the emotes and just making them all free was a really good decision (it was about time). But the emotes themselves were pretty lazy. I hate that they got rid of Duebag because they didn’t want to make a new animation for Chipi. Also, they removed Carter, with no reason given, as far as I can tell. Unless it's for a limited badge or one of the “met the developer” badges, which would be exceedingly stupid.

No, it’s the “ability warrior” badge, you get it for owning every ability in the game, minus seasonal ones and Hero of Justice. It's not a new ability.
