Other things I missed earlier: -The Northern Star Arena has been REMOVED from the map! -Flash joins El Toro, Kingda Ka, Jersey Devil, and Joker in using the locker policy -Chickies (located next to Superman) has been removed from the map! -Next to Yum Yum, permanent cabana’s can be seen!

I wish they would use the double sided lockers like Wildcat’s Revenge does and have them complementary and be halfway through line or something. I know easier said than done, but it’d make things easier.

So excited!!! Man they also don’t have the north Star arena on the map anymore…… lots of green there for a 2025 coaster!!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Yes, really just Parachute (and probably Twister) replacement plus filling in the gaps left by Balin’s Jungleland and El Diablo, plus possibly the abandoned viewing area for Kingda Ka and the Zumanjaro Trail

Knew this video was coming after the map was released. We still have a decent amount of rides. Wonder what food places will bring open

In 2023, Mine Train, Medusa, El Toro, Nitro, and Batman were all closed, with Nitro and Batman reopening a couple weeks later, Medusa and Mine Train on Memorial Day Weekend, and El Toro in the summer. In 2024, Superman, Green Lantern, and Mine Train will be closed, with Mine Train hopefully opening up soon, and Superman and Green Lantern opening for Memorial Day Weekend, and The Flash Vertical Velocity opening up sometime during the summer. I wonder if "opening spring 2024" means by Spring Break, or sometime later, but before Memorial Day. I think Best of the West reopening has a lot to do with the safari returning to the theme park. The Safari brought a lot of foot traffic to that area, and Best of The West gives those people a place to eat before or after they ride. I think the most recent year it was open was 2019, which was also the most recent year of the safari being in the theme park.

Definitely interested to see if the flash store is an actual new permanent/quality store. Or if it's more of a small temporary structure that'll get removed in a year or so.

What I noticed is flash runs on the map with 7 car trains instead of the 6 Vekoma sells which would likely increase the capacity to around 900/hr instead of 800

That could just be a rendering mistake. Medusa has 7 cars on the map instead of 8.

I just thought the six below ice cream place never happened to be open when I was there. I didn't realize it was a new for 2023 thing, that never opened at all. That's a bummer.

Why is it still called Movietown!? There are 2 rides and both are Batman themed. Clear missed opportunity to rename it Gotham City and add a Catwoman themed flat ride!!

Yeah it basically is Gotham City already. Might as well do a few renovations and change it over. I did notice that the area where Nitro and now Roaring Rapids are is no longer called Adventure Seaport. Instead it's part of The Pine Barrens.

I’m so sad about the parachutes, another icon gone; do you think Nitro will remain yellow for the long run? Maybe the blue track was just everyone being hyped and optimistic?

Cause more and more parkas are going digital on your phone. It’s a cost thing and an environmental thing. The new maps on the apps are pretty neat and are GPS based and more accurate.
