Runes - It's on screen, next to Zed portrait in game.
Item build - Builds are as preference. Whatever you build depends on how you use it.
Still, to give you an idea, I recommend eclipse for beginners.
The video at the bottom tells you all about runes and items of a standard eclipse build.
If you want to build duskblade(or claw) on the other hand,
these are your basics: [mythic/cdr boots/youmuu's/EoN/serylda's/cleaver]
Mythic + cdr boots are your go-to, and the rest of your build varies.
Some examples on what to build for your 2nd item and more:
1. No tanks, fair amount of CC? - Youmuu's 2nd, EoN 3rd (The rest as preference)
2. Lots of shields and tanks? - Serpent's fang 2nd, Serylda's 3rd (The rest as preference)
3. Seriously behind? - Cleaver 2nd, heal reduction item 3rd (Anything that helps your team)

It's a build suited for extended damage rather than assassination.

* What are those numbers(1~5) that you type in chat?
It's a spell check(I only check flash) and numbers 1~5 each correspond to top~support.
For example, if enemy jungle uses flash, I type 2 in chat instantly,
and later calculate when their flash should be back up by checking the timestamp.
After you calculate spell times, you type it in chat(ex. 1530 jg),
then press Ctrl+A(select all), Ctrl+C(copy), Ctrl+V(paste) in turn.
If you have anything to delete from your copy-pasted material, press 'Home' then 'Del' to erase from the beginning.
Bonus: if your enemy has cosmic insight or cdr boots, their flash should be up in about 4 minutes.

3:40 초가스 loses cannon wave, 제드와 헤카림 no R (그리고 초가스는 전령을 'R'하고 싶어요). As you said, the whole team is already very ahead. 제드의 골드: 1350 (1450 with wave) = Caulfield's Warhammer + CDR boots. 헤카림의 골드: 카시오페아 assist, enemy raptors, blue, gromp, 올라프 assist, wolves, raptors, red, krugs, 올라프 assist. 골드가 너무 있어요. 그리고, if you take tier 1 early, enemy can freeze at tier 2 to comeback in exp and gold, and makes you risk giving over shutdown gold. Force them to come to your tower for exp, and kill them instead. 2nd drake is Chemtech, not game-deciding at all. 그래서, I think shoving wave and recalling is better. The fight wasn't even close either...

안녕하세요. vs누누 관련 부분해서 질문 드립니다. 8:39 에서 노틸의 q가 빠지지 않은 상태로 노틸에게 궁을 사용하셨는데, 이때 노틸이 침착하게 뒷q로 잡았으면 바로 누누 및 엘리스의 cc연계 및 누킹으로 죽었을 수도 있을 것 같은데요.(kda로 보아 제압도 있으셨을 것으로 추측합니다) 해당 점은 배제를 하신 건지, 아니면 뭔가 근거가 있으셨던 건지 궁금합니다.

일단 자크가 점프를 준비중인걸 온재님이 보셨을테고 여기는 높은 구간이니 당연히 온재님이 누구를 빨아들일려고 하는지 알겠죠 노틸이죠 그러면 1.자신이 궁 끝날 타이밍쯤 자크가 이미 점프해서 엘리스 고치를 충분히 막아줄수 있는 포지션이고 2.노틸 큐를 맞으면 노틸 평타에 누누 눈덩이까지 맞게 된다고 하셨는데 이미 강인함과 헤르메스 신발까지 있으므로 강인함이 높은상태라 누누의 눈덩이 이후 나머지 딜타이밍때는 이미 제드는 씨씨가풀린 상태일겁니다 당연히 플도 있으시니 절대 죽지 않을거구요
