The easiest way for me to remember to change the toothbrush is on the first day of any season e.g. the first day of winter, spring etc. I change my toothbrush, batteries in my smoke detector, descale my coffee maker, wash my shower curtain liner etc. It's automatic at this point and easy to remember. ❤ You can incorporate anything.

Tip: Lotion first then oil. Oil locks in moisture so it's best to hydrate wirh lotion first.
