The Masked Singer Season 12 Overview:
Premiere Date -
Wednesday, Sept. 25, 8-9 p.m. ET/PT on Fox. Catch up via Hulu, Fox.com, Tubi, and On Demand platforms.
Panelists & Host -
ita Ora returns, replacing Nicole Scherzinger, alongside Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg, Ken Jeong, Robin Thicke, and host Nick Cannon. Special appearances by William Shatner, Nikki Glaser, Nick Lachey, and Joel McHale are teased.
New Feature: Masked Ambassadors -
For the first time, each contestant has a Masked Ambassador (former contestants) providing clues. Confirmed ambassadors include Dick Van Dyke, Jewel, Ne-Yo, and DeMarcus Ware.
Clue Format -
Clues will be incorporated into costumes, with objects and props sewn onto outfits offering hints. Costumes like Dust Bunny feature multiple clue elements.
New Theme Nights -
Includes Miley Cyrus Night, Barbie Night, Footloose Night (with Kevin Bacon), Sports Night, '60s Night, and Who Are You Fest. Returning themes include Thanksgiving Night and Soundtrack of My Life.
Masks -
Featured costumes include Bluebell, Buffalo, Chess Piece, Dust Bunny, Goo, Ice King, Leaf Sheep, Macaron, Royal Knight, Sherlock Hound, Ship, Showbird, Strawberry Shortcake, Wasp, and Woodpecker.
