Hi christine I was laughing you away with the trespass coat tam primark lol 😂 ahh well as my wee mammy used to say you cant take it with you lol!! 😂 poor you pains a terrible thing I was meant to get a steroid jab in my shoulder this friday but the consultant wont do it as I has a failed biopsy and he said my body's in trauma so it wouldnt work??? Dunno what hes talking about tbh I dont see what difference it makes these docs are coming up with any excuse nowadays so I've to wait for this now until 27th sept !! It was very warm sun shining here today then really heavy rain autumn is here I love this time of year have a lovely evening!! ❤❤🐶🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁 xxxxx

Hi Lee, Ohh I have had steroid injections in the past and they are so painful and only helped for a short time and I wouldn't have them again. I hope you get over the trauma soon. Yes, the weather hasn't been great here. Thank you Lee, take care x

Hi christine I've told them already the steroid wont help as I've had this pain too long they think they know best I'm in two minds about going tbh I may just cancel as it's crazy it dosent last long enough so go through any more pain!! its beautiful weather here was raining earlier but now it's all sunny and warm I'm away out a walk hope your having a good day !! ❤❤ xxxx

Hi christine so sorry for you and your sore arm and. Back I suffer from chronic back pain and the spasms are hellish but glad to see you don't let it stop you getting out and about with the help of painkillers I find the back belt good i live near braehead one of these days will see you there luv marj 😊

Hi Marj, thank you, yes spasms are horrible, I just get on with things but there is days when I can't do anything due to pain and tiredness and end up in bed most of the day. We just might meet each other in Braehead one day and that would be lovely if we did Marj x
