I wish i had someone that truly listened to my feelings. No matter how weird or awkward they are. I always listen to people and help them through their hard times but they never mind to ask how i feel or check up on me. I always seem like the logical one and the helpful one but deep inside I don’t know what i’m doing and i need someone who truly listens and cares but in this time and age it seems unlikely.

Wow, I thought I was the only one. I always feel like a backup friend and I always feel lonely with my feelings too, all I know is that tou just need to keep pushing and never give up, there is so much to do in the world, who cares about human pressure or stress, have fun all the time, even with a job, take it as a fun thing because once you die you never (well I'm not sure what happens after death) gonna set foot on earth again, all I wanna say is that you're not alone, I feel you HEAVILY, this whole comment of yours made me think it's mine lol 😂, well my final say is that, Never give up and always try to be honest to those who REALLY care about you, if there isn't anyone right now, keep believing you'll find one, one day and it will happen!! ❤ Merry New Years ✨️ 💕 🎉

I started to lucid dream almost every night, 3 years after my mother passed away. I started seeing her in my dreams and I’d wake up and regret not giving her a hug and telling her I loved her. It seemed like my unconscious brain didn’t know she was passed and so I wouldn’t appreciate the time spent with her. Finally I realized I was dreaming and gave her a hug and was so excited it woke me up. Then about 3 dreams after this I would calm myself in the dream, I would tell her hold on I don’t want to get too excited or I’ll wake up. I got to hug her and tell her I loved her so much. She was so identifiable in the dreams. So beautiful so disgusted in her beauty. I now dream often of her. I asked her recently, what is this? These were dreams that the closest word that comes into comparison is heaven. But the word doesn’t match the beauty that these dreams involved with her could ever describe. I asked if she was okay and asked what we were experiencing and she responded “happiness”. And it was. Colors unseen to the human eye. Vividness over exceeding physical reality. She creates her own heaven every night she visits me and it truly is pure bliss. I know there is an afterlife and I hope tonight she reveals more. If you are missing someone, have faith you can connect with them and if it doesn’t go how you want the first time try again. My dreams have become my most cherished moments and I look forward to spending more time with her. I also lost my best friend back in August of this year. I had a dream I was watching him hunt from a third person perspective and the mountains and terrain were unreal. And it was truly pure bliss and happiness and I got a glimpse of what his heaven consisted of in his moment of time. So beautiful. Love you all. I hope this helps someone obtain the faith to see outside of our own consciousness and are able to see and experience a sense of closure that is more beautiful than experiencing life itself. Don’t give up ❤

Having a voice in your head is like having a second mind. Its like your own brain grew its own brain. Its completely unique and it doesn't act in the same way you do. Its sometimes a little bit annoying, like a mosquito near your ear and just never going away, but after a while it becomes the norm in everyday life.

When I ask myself, who is me, or what is me, the thought that pops into my conscious awareness is: you are the thing that experiences. What I know is what my unconscious offers up to my awareness of memories. I don’t go into a cabinet inside my brain to remember things. I just say to myself, “I want to remember what I did yesterday” and then I wait for images or times of reference to enter my awareness. Question: where does it enter from? From the unknown. It is like a lightbulb: “aha.. I remember this”, but who gave me the memory to feel it again, because I wasn’t looking for it; I was just waiting around until it flickered on inside my mind as a image that I saw previously with my own eyes. I was recently playing music while drifting to sleep. I could not notice the moment the sound cut off in my ears and only noticed that it did after I stirred awake slightly and realized my awareness is back. The music was still playing as I am now aware again, but just before I couldn’t ear it. The thing that experiences sounds was not aware of the sounds. When I dream, I can experience it. And when I wake up, I remember that I dreamt but can’t remember what. But sometimes I will suddenly remember it, though I didn’t ask for the memory to enter my awareness, it just did and I feel that feeling of recognition.

The Law of One, also known as the Ra Material, describes consciousness as the fundamental essence of existence. According to this philosophy, all things are one, and this unity is expressed through infinite intelligence or consciousness. Here are key points about consciousness from the Law of One: 1. Consciousness as Unity: Consciousness is the basis of all creation. Everything in existence-be it material, spiritual, or mental-is a manifestation of one infinite consciousness, often referred to as the "Creator" or "One Infinite Creator." 2. Hierarchy of Consciousness: The universe is structured in densities, or levels of consciousness. These range from basic awareness in the first density (elements like earth, water, fire, and air) to the unified understanding of seventh density, where beings merge back with the Creator. 3. Evolution of Consciousness: All entities evolve through these densities, gaining awareness and understanding of their unity with the Creator. Human consciousness typically exists in the third density, which focuses on self-awareness and the choice between service to others or service to self. 4. Infinite Intelligence: Consciousness is described as infinite intelligence, capable of infinite creativity and self-expression. This intelligence permeates all levels of existence, from the smallest particle to the grandest galaxy. 5. Individual and Collective: Consciousness is both individual and collective. While each being has a unique perspective, all are inherently connected, reflecting the oneness of the Creator. 6. Free Will: Consciousness has the freedom to explore, learn, and make choices. This free will is considered sacred and essential for growth and the eventual return to unity. The Reciprocal System of Physical Theory (RS2), an extension and refinement of Dewey B. Larson's Reciprocal System (RS), focuses primarily on the nature of physical and metaphysical systems. While it doesn't explicitly center on "consciousness" in the way spiritual or philosophical frameworks like the Law of One do, it offers some intriguing implications about the role of consciousness in reality: 1. Consciousness as a Fundamental Aspect of Reality: RS2 views the universe as a reciprocal interaction between space and time, where neither is primary. This framework implies that consciousness might arise naturally as a fundamental property of the reciprocal relationship, bridging physical (space-time) and metaphysical (time-space) realms. 2. Dual Nature of Reality: In RS2, the metaphysical realm (time-space) is seen as complementary to the physical realm (space-time). Consciousness could be understood as a phenomenon that operates in and connects both realms, enabling perception, thought, and experience. 3. Individual Units of Consciousness: RS2 recognizes individual entities (e.g., people, organisms) as "units of motion," suggesting that consciousness is intrinsic to these units. Consciousness might emerge as the ability of these units to experience and influence both physical and metaphysical motion. 4. Evolution and Interaction: RS2 implies an evolutionary process where entities gain complexity and awareness as they move through the physical and metaphysical systems. This perspective aligns with the idea that consciousness evolves as part of the universal progression. 5. Interconnectedness: Since RS2 describes a unified structure of space-time and time-space, it suggests a universal interconnectedness. Consciousness might act as the medium through which individual units perceive and interact with this interconnected system. In summary, while RS2 doesn't explicitly define consciousness, it frames it as an emergent, reciprocal phenomenon integral to the fabric of reality, operating at the intersection of space-time and time-space. I don't know if any of this stuff explains consciousness but I prefer this explanation to "who am I" over any I've been able to come up with from inside my own head lol

I remember that i could feel the whole world breathing in synchronicity with me. I started crying and felt an overwhelming sense of peace. Then I said that whenever the idea of dying scares me or makes me feel like there is no point to anything bc... anyways, I said that when we die, our "soul" or the spark that animates the vessels we call our body will return to the great cosmic energy we could feel breathing with and around us. And so it wasn't that scary

@@IssacKanio8008acid cured my fear of death entirely. Before it, I frequently experienced existential dread over the idea of an afterlife. I wondered how heaven could be heavenly if it involved being conscious for an eternity. At the peak of one of my trips, I experienced a complete ego death. I couldn’t tell where I ended and the rest of the universe began. I couldn’t remember a single detail about “myself”: my name, where I was, what I liked and disliked, none of it. Time lost all meaning and I genuinely couldn’t think about the future or the past, only the very present moment. That experience made me realize that “heaven” is possible and it’s achieved by being fully present. When you remove the context of your being, it’s true bliss.

Our universe is inherently dualistic. Everything exists on a spectrum between polarities: hot and cold, light or dark, big or small, thing one and thing two. The elemental friction of these polarities is like light passing through a prism, creating the myriad of things. I think dying is just a return to singularity where there is no separation. There is no future, there is no past, there just is. The Buddhists were 100% onto something with the idea of the middle way. Balancing between the polarities in our waking life to simulate the oneness of non-existence.

An easy way to do reality checks is to count the amount of fingers you have on your hand. In a dream, at first glance, they look normal. However, when you really take a moment to count your fingers, you'll realise there is unsettlingly an extra finger or a missing finger. the fear can sometimes jolt me awake, but you'll be able to stay asleep after a while. The way to invoke this method is to count your fingers throughout the day, especially when something unusual happens (it works best if you set a reminder on your phone so that whenever you look at it, you can remember to count your fingers and then eventually remember to do it randomly throughout the day). the reason for this, I read somewhere, is that your hands and feet are the furthest from your body, so your subconscious essentially doesn't take the time to get to know them thoroughly. DISCLAIMER: I do not recommend lucid dreaming for someone who suffers from sleep paralysis as sometimes when becoming aware, you wake yourself up, but not well enough to be fully awake and end up in a sleep paralysis episode (speaking from experience). Hope this helps any non-lucid dreamers who want to partake in it.

Interestingly, AI image generation has a hard time with hands and feet. The fingers are often twisted up weird or there are the wrong numbers of digits. The hands are kind of amazing machines, they have very precise proportions and a lot more complexity than the overall shape of a body. Or maybe the AI is hallucinating, like us when we dream....

@@johnshite4656 I immediately thought about this and in some ways our unconscious acts like AI. Dreams are bits of our life that our unconscious processes. AI outputs are made by inputs processed by a LLM. Both unconscious and large language models struggle representing hands because they can appear in dozens of different positions. Our brain and AI are "pattern recognisers" that rely on simplification, but if both AI and the human mind struggle with complexity and rely on simplifications, what does that say about how we interpret reality? Are we always processing a simplified version of the world, missing crucial details?

There’s been about 3 different instances in my 29 years of life. That I’m dreaming of a pot on a shelve and this pot gets knocked over and I’m watching it fall. And right before it hits the ground, I wake up to a glass or plate being dropped in real life, I grew up sleeping in the couch so kitchen was a hear shot away. I just don’t understand how this is even possible, the only explanation is that my brain has already perceived the noise and created this depiction “dream” that gives the illusion that both happened at the exact same time. Idk I often have lucid dreams but I have zero control over it, I can’t make anything appear all I do is tell everyone in my dream that I’m dreaming. I also have sleep paralysis on a weekly basis, it’s a little annoying.
@Thescratched20
@Thescratched20 27 күн бұрын
I have tested and finally have a relative answer to something like that: the brain should be able to take slight noises that the conscious person (you) can't hear, and it understands that if something is going to happen it wakes you up, knowing even before it happens, I also have had sleep paralysis, it was easy for me to overtake but I don't know for others, depending on the type of things you see, I found out anger usually works aganced dreams, being annoyed enough to actualy break the dream, the part of your mind being overexeeted and forcing it to wake you up, in other types of dreams, simply taking a deep breath and then trying to make a popping sound with your mouth works, if you can't breath, move your eyes around, it confuses your equilibrium and does that thing were you feel like your falling for a second but then you catch yourself :P sleep well m8

@Itsjerrry1 27 күн бұрын
@@Thescratched20 Yeah, i like that explanation close to what i was thinking. and it makes sense that our ancestor would need to have developed a strong ability like this to even stand a chance of survival. I can picture one of our ancestors deep sleep and a twig breaks and they rise up like the undertaker and stare down the thing that though could sneak up on them. Just us tapping into something that was once lost. Also for the sleep paralysis, i stopped opening my eyes, i hear all the things but i dont open them anymore. To get out of them, well i always had this bad habit of shaking my leg to fall asleep, and i found out that when in a sleep paralysis i can shake my leg through the paralysis. It feels weird, because in the paralysis its not moving but i feel my leg moving, it and odd feeling for sure but after a few second of shaking my leg i am out of it

Spiritual alchemy often involves a process that can be likened to ego death, but the concept is more nuanced and symbolic within this framework. Spiritual alchemy, rooted in esoteric traditions, seeks to transform the self through inner work, using the metaphor of turning base metals into gold. This "gold" represents spiritual enlightenment or wholeness, which requires transcending the ego's limitations. Ego Death in Spiritual Alchemy 1. The Nigredo Stage (Dissolution and Death): Symbolism: The nigredo phase, or "blackening," is often described as a process of breaking down the ego. It symbolizes a period of confusion, darkness, or existential crisis where old patterns, attachments, and false identities are dissolved. Connection to Ego Death: This stage mirrors the concept of ego death, where the conscious identity or attachment to the ego's dominance must "die" to make way for spiritual renewal. 2. The Albedo Stage (Purification): Symbolism: The albedo, or "whitening," follows the nigredo and represents purification and the emergence of clarity. Here, the individual begins to see beyond the ego and integrate higher truths. Ego in Balance: The ego is not destroyed but purified and reoriented to align with the higher self or soul. 3. The Rubedo Stage (Integration and Wholeness): Symbolism: The rubedo, or "reddening," is the culmination of the alchemical process, symbolizing enlightenment and unity with the divine. The ego is now integrated into a greater awareness, serving as a harmonious part of the whole rather than the center of identity. Transcendence: At this stage, the ego's transformation is complete, and the individual experiences unity with the Self or the divine essence. How Ego Death Fits In Death as Transformation: Ego death in spiritual alchemy is not about annihilation but about transformation. The ego "dies" in its rigid, self-centered form and is reborn in service to the greater whole. Union of Opposites: Alchemy emphasizes the reconciliation of opposites (e.g., material and spiritual, conscious and unconscious). Ego death allows this union by removing barriers imposed by the ego's narrow focus. Path to Enlightenment: Just as base metals are refined to gold, the ego must be refined through a process of surrender, realization, and integration to achieve spiritual enlightenment. Similarities to Jung's Perspective Carl Jung was deeply influenced by alchemical symbolism and incorporated its concepts into his psychology. For Jung, the alchemical process closely mirrors individuation, where the ego undergoes transformation and integrates with the unconscious, culminating in the realization of the Self. Both frameworks view ego death as part of a broader journey toward wholeness, rather than an endpoint. Summary Spiritual alchemy involves ego death as a metaphorical process of breaking down the false, limited self to uncover and integrate a higher, more authentic essence. This mirrors the transformative aspects of many spiritual traditions, emphasizing renewal, growth, and ultimate unity. The crucifixion of Christ can be interpreted as a metaphor for ego death and transformation, especially within mystical, psychological, or symbolic frameworks. The story of Jesus' crucifixion, death, and resurrection mirrors many archetypal themes of spiritual transformation, where the individual undergoes a profound inner death to be reborn into a higher state of consciousness or unity with the divine. Key Symbolic Parallels: 1. Surrender and Ego Death: The Crucifixion: Jesus' willing surrender to death can symbolize the ego's relinquishment of control, pride, and attachment to the material world. It represents a profound act of letting go. Ego Death: In spiritual or psychological terms, ego death is the dissolution of the limited self, often experienced as a painful but necessary step toward transcendence. 2. Dark Night of the Soul: Jesus' Suffering: His agony on the cross, including his cry of abandonment ("My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?"), reflects the existential despair and isolation often experienced during ego death. Mystical Experience: Many spiritual traditions describe this as the "dark night of the soul," where the old self dissolves, paving the way for renewal. 3. Death as Transformation: Burial in the Tomb: Jesus' body being placed in the tomb can symbolize the transition phase, akin to the alchemical nigredo stage or the liminal space where transformation occurs. Ego's Rebirth: During this phase, the old ego is stripped away, and a deeper, more authentic self begins to emerge. 4. Resurrection as Spiritual Rebirth: Rising from the Dead: Jesus' resurrection symbolizes the emergence of a new, transcendent self. In psychological or spiritual terms, this represents the integration of the ego with the higher Self or the realization of divine unity. Unity with the Divine: The resurrection affirms the transcendence of duality (life/death, self/other) and the realization of wholeness. 5. Service to Others: Sacrifice: Jesus' act of sacrifice exemplifies love and service to others, a key outcome of spiritual transformation. After ego death, the individual often adopts a perspective of interconnectedness and a desire to serve. Archetypal and Jungian Perspective: Carl Jung saw the crucifixion as an archetypal symbol of transformation. He linked Christ's death and resurrection to the process of individuation, where the ego must undergo a symbolic death to integrate the unconscious and achieve wholeness. The cross itself symbolizes the intersection of opposites-spirit and matter, heaven and earth-reflecting the reconciliation and transcendence necessary for spiritual growth. Broader Implications: Universal Symbolism: The crucifixion resonates with myths and spiritual traditions worldwide, such as Osiris in Egyptian mythology or Odin’s self-sacrifice on Yggdrasil in Norse tradition. These stories often feature death and rebirth as central themes of transformation. Inner Alchemy: Just as lead transforms into gold in alchemical symbolism, the crucifixion represents the process of refining the ego to uncover the divine essence within. Conclusion: The crucifixion can indeed be seen as a profound metaphor for ego death and spiritual transformation. It reflects the universal journey of surrender, dissolution, and rebirth into a higher state of awareness and unity. This interpretation invites individuals to contemplate their own "crucifixions" and "resurrections" as part of their personal and spiritual evolution.

Rrgarding jokes: exclude, include. Its game theory again. Both parties reach an equilibrium whereby they are safe in eachothers conpany and no further mutual exchange has to occur. You laugh at the tension in the hopes they laugh too, to include you because youve excluded yourself by not meeting the equilibrium. If you sinply ask them about the perceived tension, the same result would occur wether they a) lie and move on b)lie and continue to exclude c) tell you thereby including you

I think we can tell that animals for example clearly have similar consciousness to us because of their avoiding danger or that they seek out things that they like or things that need good to them . A dog likes to be scratched behind the ears but not to be hurt . if they didn't have similar consciousness to us or us to them they wouldn't know the difference. Or the fact they like certain food but not others if they didn't have higher thinking they would just eat anything indiscriminately..

Maybe yall ain’t really gat sleep issues. I went through KZbin for months but couldn’t find any video’s audio good to put me to sleep till I heard this. Even tho I’d want more posts, I wouldn’t request it because it’s similar to making someone rush they work like musicians or artist, which makes it less better than it would’ve actually been if he took enough time needed. So I appreciate the hard work and the effort tho you get paid, therapy might not help me sleep better.

Being alive is understanding what human life COULD be. You know that if you were truly free, you could explore the world, see sights you can't even imagine, sail the oceans, visit Alaska and Hawaii, see the largest waterfalls in the world... And knowing that you can't ever actually do it because of the human capacity for greed, anger, and malice. We have the capability to grow beyond money, beyond taking something you want from another person, beyond greed, beyond selfishness. We have the capability to feed the entire world, explore all of the earth's oceans, and outer space. We'd have to become a real society, though, and truly see each other as equals. Life is about knowing that we can never do this, because if ONE SINGLE one of us is greedy, then we must all suffer them. There can't be peace if there is rank. Ask the US military how well it does...

I stopped when I came back into my body to my cat freaking out and this blue basketball sized bright undulating orb up in the corner of the ceiling. Pure evil. It was so painful. Felt like something was ripping out my chest. My GMA burst into the room yelling what the hell is going on! What are you doing!! Apparently she woke up to a boom boom boom sound coming from my room and the house shaking. Right when she came in my car Marley Dipped TF out and the thing disappeared. My buddy told me it was probably some evil entity trying to get into my body... Fucking terrifying. Besides just astral projecting, l do believe some instances I was viewing a parallel universe...

I was in prison when this happened I flew down the highway too get home. and i know how all that ive said sounds but its true, Ill never forget it. and tbh sometimes I wonder what did i do to deerve such a blessing, to say goodbye afeter shes gone i know so many guys who didnt get that. maybe they didnt pray for it but I know my prayers have been answered at the lowest point in my life. I have lucid dreamed twice in my life both timeswhere right after my mother passed away. the night she passed i prayed for a dream with my mom to say goodbye, the second was later and wierder, both times the reason i knew i was dreaming was because my mom was alive in my dream and i knew she was supposed to be dead, first one it was crazy she told me i had to go and i couldnt leave thru the door i had to leave thru the window u see we were in my living room where i grew up, id snuck in thru the window thinking i was just sneaking back in after a party night and then when she sat up I said ur not sposed to be here she said shhsssh neither are you, and she pointed to the window, i said why not the door, that wont open until its time, you have to go the way you came, she was sitting there with my stepdad asleep beside her her bed was in the living room for some reason but my stepdad didnt wake up hed been dead too long i think. the second one i was locked up and i could fly in that one it was a week after the first and tried to fly to the house and it worked i could fly like neo in the matrix, i found my mom sitting at the bus stop and her head swiveled completely around freaked me out maybe it freaked her out to see me fly idk but ever since that dream i havnt been able to control my dreams but i always know when im dreaming now. but more often than not i dont remember ik im dreaming cause physical signs sweat heart rate emotions. but i was just blessed cause i got to tell my mother goodbye. i didnt get to say it in reality but I KNOW SHE HEARD IT IN THE DREAM! SHE WAS THERE! that was something that I cant explain with words. Its was the greatest gift Ive ever been given. Whether that was my subconcious or whether that was actually her in waiting to the bus out, I know what I felt, I know the afterlife is real, the waiting area was a mirror of our world a lil odd like maybe the dream was what made it odd but it seemed veiled, like everything had a dark veil over it, it wasnt sad but it wasnt anything it was just waiting, whats at the end of the bus ride IDK
