I can’t help but recall a conversation from the early 2000s when I was in high school. A friend of mine predicted that Jay Z would end up in trouble someday. She said to look into his eyes. I don’t understand why NDA’s have legal force when you have to denounce criminal acts. Those type of documents should be considered void if this implies a criminal offense. You cannot make someone signs NDA to avoid a person to file criminal charges. These NDA should be sign in a situation where there is a party for example and that you don’t want to disclose the persons who where presents. But as soon as the NDA is signed to silence people to report criminal acts, it should not be applicable. Maybe in the Diddy’s case, people would have been the opportunity to talk before and a lot of victims could have been saved from what they had to participate, against their will and charges could have filed before against Diddy!
