Cliché suggestion: Jeremy is in love with Iron Man cliche. Seriously, he thinks Tony would solve any and every problem, like he’s not a squishy human in a rocket powered tin can. From an in universe perspective I would like explanations, even just three second bits of dialogue, explaining why they aren't. Except in Thor 2, Thor 2 has the perfect excuse of "They're only on Earth for like, twenty minutes. Maybe an hour." Not a lot of time to get the team over from America.

Also, in the first Avengers film Jane in mentioned as being elsewhere, and her area of expertise doesn’t come into play so she’s not flown into New York or the helicarrier to consult on the situation. Thor is more preoccupied with Loki and the other Avengers anyway, meeting the latter (except for Hawkeye, who’s been conditioned by Loki by the time Thor arrives) and learning to work with them for the first time. That and the threat Loki presents are reasonable explanation for why Thor doesn’t drop by to see Jane.

Thank you for defending this movie a bit. I think it gets way more hate than is earned but I also acknowledge its problems. Had it leaned further into the space god aspect and focused more on the main plot instead of hopping to and from Earth for a love plot, I think it would have been a great movie. The seeds were there for an epic medieval fantasy but not enough time was spent to grow them. The villain was horribly underdeveloped, the love triangle plot got scrapped so Jane kinda turned into a tag-along, and Loki ended up stealing a lot of the movie because the moments between him and his family were some of the most interesting parts. I really wanted Thor and his friends to explore Asgard and see the other realms but now both are gone. I'm not at all sure what to export from Love and Thunder.

the only thing where that’s effective in is video games where you have to read books to get more information on the game.

Very cool home studio booth thingy you have setup there. Great content as always King. Sending you a socially distant hug during this time, also I love how your facial expressions changed to do the voiceover for Future Birdman

"Thor: The Dark World" (2013) is the most over-hated MCU ever. I actually like this film. Seriously the only 2 bad things are that the villain is trash and this film isn't a Thor movie but a Loki movie. Loki gets a character arc but Thor doesn't get an impactful one. The best scene in the MCU is Frigga's funeral. It is the most beautiful visually and most emotional even more emotional that all of Endgame.

The Incredible Hulk and Ant-Man and the Wasp are probably the worst MCU movies in my opinion. This one isn't great either but it's not my least favorite.

I agree with you, Mod Maker. Even though I would say that this is the worst movie in the Thor franchise, it still has some good things about it too. The action, the visuals and especially Brian Tyler's score are a big improvement over the first Thor movie.

After watching this video, it made me rewatch the movie with a different perspective. It's a lot better than people say it is. Thank you bro 💯
