if the bad guy is completely unkillable then there's no actual possible resolution for the protagonists.
@shadesteel92472 жыл бұрын
Yup and they keep dragging in more characters just to kill or waste time. Especially the ones from the original and the couples, like the reporters and the doctor/nurse couple. Both couples could have been useful but just died for no reason, making them irrelevant to the story. And the old characters only play off of nostalgia.

12:45 He arranged them like that so the masks can reference Halloween 3, because as I'm rapidly realizing, this movie was so determined to squeeze out some nostalgia out of viewers it forgot to give anything in return. Doesn't help to know that they saw 3 and still made Ends very much not about Michael.

That's not unique to this franchise, it's what Hollywood does now. At least Michael Myers is still a white bloke! Give it a couple of years, they'll alter his race, gender or sexuality, then when it bombs at the box office they'll blame the fans and accuse them of being "racist", "sexist" or "homophobic". They'll point the finger at anyone but themselves when annihilating another piece of (white) Western culture.

@@scytheseven9173 so let’s say someone kills 16 people in one night and someone tells you he’s in the same room as you, you gonna sit there and investigate and make 1000% sure it’s him, or you fucking him up and asking questions later cause that’s how humans literally behave in real life. I always take issue when people are like "why are they fighting one on one when there are plenty of them" this is a real thing that happens. For what ever reason when people fight against one person in a mob if they don't immediately tackle the person and are instead looking to injure the person they will typically do this. There is only of my favorite examples of this in a show where they had 3 master fencers try to fight 100 novices and the novices did largely the same thing, to which the master fencers said made it easier. (It was a whole "could the 3 musketeers really take on 100 men?" Thing)

I think the real reason why “This is for Dr. Loomis” was said at 11:10 was because Loomis failed to kill Michael with a gun. So this character shooting Michael in order to finally kill him was something she was doing in honor of Loomis. So it doesn’t count for a sin.
