Vali Lucifer naw the guy who was willing to be lyrically destroyed by one of the GOATS to gain attention/clout. I actually think it was a brilliant move by MGK. There are millions of people who never even heard of MGK who have went back and listened to his catalog, and no doubt got some new fans in the process. the warriors blew a 3-1 lead Yeah but he made quite a bit of money regardless. It has a lot of dislikes but also over 1.5 M likes. Some like it, some don’t, but it was probably the best choice for MGKs career. People are still talking about him. All publicity is good publicity in that kind of industry. I’m not trying to argue that MGK won based on diss songs, but he gained more from it than EM. He took his chance when he got the opportunity and it was successful IMO. He will still have his loyal fan base regardless, it still won’t be huge but I would bet he has more fans and people listening to his music now than ever before.

It’s funny, within it’s first week, apparently MGK’s EP has sold less than half of the albums that his other albums did in their debut week. It’s quite obvious that his plan backfired. He got roasted and now everyone’s laughing at him, while his album fails critically and commercially. Also, I’m it’s first week, Eminem’s album has sold 450,000. The rap god defends his title, as always.
